assemble the bed. No instructions either. When I called them up they then wouldn’t even tell me what the missing items were so i could just go and buy them, they insist on posting them across the continent to me. Hopefully it doesn’t take another 3 months for them to arrive, I’m sick of sleeping on the floor. Pro tip: buy the dupe version from China, it will be cheaper, arrive faster and will contain all the items needed to assemble.

finally arrived without notice.

On the service:

Original delivery was quoted 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks we emailed to enquire. After a follow up they finally responded and said it would be another 6-8 weeks (!).

We received an email saying all or part of our order was on its way to Melbourne - we just had to guess if it's all or part of the order. No delivery date. Then one day, we get home and it's on our porch (see pic).

On the product:

Workmanship isn't amazing. I know it's just the slats, but they're rough cut and unfinished and already showing signs of splitting. See pics. The middle support legs are also raw timber; so are.not protected from moisture

The bits you can see seem like they have a light coat of finish.

Not impressed with this for the wait and for the price. Def doesn't live up to the marketing spin.

standard king single bed side (fell short 2'' in both length and breadth. When we reported, we were told that the shrinkage is due to shipping and it will expand with time. It didn't. Finally we were offer $150 cashback or return the mattess. We took the cashback to avoid the hassle of returning and getting another one. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN.

Wonderful quality and easy to assemble. Looks great and we're happy to find a solid timber base at such a reasonable price.

while I sleep, considering I spend so many hours doing this! I came upon this pillow and decided this was the one. And months later I love it so much more. Quality is fantastic. Just letting you know the mattress once put together is heavy haha. Take the time to watch the tutorial because I had to strip all the layers and redo once I got to the last box with the mattress cover in it hahahaa. Service was great. Flexible payment options, and I was able to fit everything in my Toyota Camry.

I can’t say if the mattress runs hot or not. I’m a hot sleeper, but the room that we have the mattress in just sucks up heat through the window. I can’t fairly judge because of that. I do notice that I am not as hot as I used to be.

We chose firm firm but the mattress topper on top makes it all soft which is great.

The latex pillows were awesome when we first unpacked, but they got fuller after a while. Now the pillow is too high for my neck, so onto the guest room it goes.

We bought one of these for our beautiful little girl and can't speak too highly about it. Lovely and firm on the hard side and super comfy on the softer side, we will be using it for many kids to come!

They feel great, fit my bed well and I love that they're pure organic cotton. One star off because the stitching let go in one of the pillow cases I should also mention Quokka are truly lovely to deal with and immediately sorted it out.

Fantastic matress protector, no plastic feel or crinkling sound. Feels like a really high quality cotton sheet.
