and a dog, our floors get messy quickly, especially with crumbs, dirt and hair on both our timber floors and tiles.

What I like most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, so there’s no need to bring out a separate mop and bucket. It saves a lot of time when doing a quick clean of the kitchen or living areas.

The lay-flat HyperStretch design is really useful as well. It can slide under furniture and our bathroom vanity quite easily, which means I don’t need to move things around just to clean underneath.

The anti-tangle roller does a great job picking up long hair and pet hair without it wrapping around the brush. After cleaning, the self-cleaning feature is also very convenient — just press a button and it cleans the roller so it’s ready for the next use.

Overall it’s been a really practical cleaner for busy households and makes everyday floor cleaning much quicker.

Purchased (Godfrey's): March 2023 Machine cap that allows the cleaner to be seated in the charging station broke off: March 2024. Contacted Godfreys… Read more

and sent photos as requested March 2024. Response was that the company had gone into administration. The cleaner continued to work although I had to remove the cap from the cleaner whilst in use so it didn't fall off then replace it to charge the cleaner. December 2025, the cleaner no longer charges beyond 22%. My "chat" with Windy from Tineco suggested the broken cap may be preventing correct charging. Please wait for an email with further instructions. The email arrived asking to pay $196.20 for repairs via paypal. It didn't look like a legitimate email and request so I ignored it. The broken cap has now gone missing and I cannot charge the cleaner at all. I've been back in touch with Tineco and the same email has arrived. They were unable to find any record of a previous "chat" although I do have screen shots of it. They're asking for $196.20 to be paid to a paypal account and with proof of payment, the next steps will be provided. I'm not willing to pay $196.20 without some sort of official record of what the "chat" stated they would replace and an invoice reference. I've just called the customer service number stating my concerns about paying money with no clear path to having my machine repaired and returned. I also stated my concerns that other people have had the similar issues and their machines have not been returned to them. The woman on the phone said: "i think you are right to consider that its a lot of money to pay if you don't feel comfortable with the process." She also stated: "personally, I would consider if i should pay this money especially when other people have made complaints about the process of promised repairs breaking down." She also said they are a warehouse back end facility not really set up to deal with this type of problem and that is why the paypal solution is so outdated.

The machine was brilliant until it became unusable almost overnight after only 3 years.

Mayhem, keeping my floors clean has always been a challenge. The Tineco Floor One S9 Artist Steam has genuinely been a life changer in our home. Dog hair, muddy paw prints, food spills, and everyday messes are now so much quicker and easier to clean.

The HyperSteam Technology easily cuts through sticky messes and grime without harsh chemicals, which gives me peace of mind with both pets and a toddler. I also love the HyperStretch Technology, as the slim, lay flat design makes it easy to clean under furniture where dog hair usually builds up. The triple sided edge cleaning is great for getting right into corners and along skirting boards.

Overall, this has been a complete life changer in our home. It’s made cleaning up after dogs and a toddler at least 10x easier, saving me time and effort every single day. I genuinely don’t know how I managed without it

Don't do it. I bought one thinking it would make life easier. WRONG. The thing takes so much time to manage and maintain. After about 5 months it got… Read more

to the point where no matter how well I cleaned every part of it it would seize up and say 'empty dirty water container'. I would hyper clean it and get another 1-2 minutes before seizing up and again telling me to empty the dirty water container. Eventually I took it out back and threw it against the concrete - $700 down the drain by the relief of just being done with this time stealing piece of c--p was worth every cent. Got a $16 dollar manual push mop from the supermarket and get the job done on half the time without constant refills, emptying and constant seize ups and mechanical errors.

HyperStretch design is actually wild.

It slides under the couch, under the TV unit, all the spots I usually pretend don’t exist. It vacuums and mops at the same time which, with a toddler in the house, is basically essential.

The iLoop sensor does its thing and adjusts the power automatically depending on the mess, so I don’t have to think about anything.

But the best part for me is the self cleaning. I just hit one button and it deep cleans and dries the roller in about five minutes.

No smell, no gross water sitting around, it’s just ready to go again. If you’ve got hard floors, kids, pets or just chaos in your house like me, this is actually such a good all in one cleaner. It does exactly what it says and saves me so much time.

be last longer but not malfunction after 2years. This vacuum mop is also too wet which leaving water marks on the floor. Specially when it tries to mop the corners, too much water coming out. You would not pick up this issue until you buy another vacuum mop brand to be able to compare. Steaming function is good idea but when you have wood floors then this function is useless. Overall not recommended to buy for such a price.

pleasantly surprised at the easy and power of the machine. As someone who gets overwhelmed trying to learn how to use new gadgets, this was easy to set up and easy to understand. The strength is fantastic and seeing the colour of the water after the clean shows exactly how well it works. The strong suction left me sure it was giving a deep clean. There is an efficient drying feature, ‘Power dry’ uses heated air to help the drying along faster and with 2 little kids at home, this was a lifesaver. that The complete self cleaning feature has changed the game and made life so much easier, it was automatic and left the suction inlet, the brush and the roller cover as good as new. My carpets and couches have been left in much better condition.

better. They must surely get a higher commission for selling these or maybe the backroom was just full of stock they couldn’t move because no one in their right mind would this this is superior to a Dyson. It can barely suck up particles the size of sand, forget anything bigger. The ‘auto increase suction’ is completely random, it’s like playing the pokeys while you vacuum - will it have enough suction this pass??! And then even when I some how manages to collect some small particles as soon as you release the trigger to stop suction it dumps half of what you’ve vacuumed on the floor. So if you’re up for spending your time randomly moving dirt around the floor this is the vacuum for you! Honestly if they were giving these out for free I’d keep walking.

stopped working. The customer service team tried to help but as helpful as the were it was a lot of back and forth (I agree I was slow to respond- I’m time poor and not a service technician) and the intent was to replace parts until it was fixed - after already spending over $100 I gave up and threw the whole machine out. It would have cost me more the a new appliance. My 3 stars is due to not having any repair centres - this was not a $300 vacuum and the idea of diagnosing an issue over the phone does not work for me.

much I recently upgraded to the iFLOOR U5 Stretch as this model as the 180 degree lie flat feature which is such a game changer. I love how effortlessly the head moves around and how it glides right up close to my skirting boards. The battery has never run out and the self cleaning function makes daily use a breeze. I use it at least once a day if not more. If you have kids, it’s a must, don’t wait as long as I did to invest in one of these.

vacuums, mops, and steam cleans all at once, which has cut my cleaning time in half. I only had 2 fill the water tank twice. Theres separate clean and dirty water tanks and has an LED screen that shows the mode, battery life etc. The floors were dry within a few minutes. I do wish the battery life lasted a little longer, the auto mode is about 40mins, and steam modes will be around 20mins. The self-cleaning function is awesome too, I just press a button and it washes itself—no gross smells or maintenance hassle. Rollers should be changed around every 8 months.

told it would cost $218. This includes freight to and from Melbourne plus repairs if possible. They say if it can't be repaied a full refund is given. Very Fair. My issue is Tineco want me to pay via direct deposit or PayPal but will not issue me with an invoice. Is it unreasonable to require one?
