Constant problems – My Belling 90cm induction cook top is a lemon. Love the use of both ovens and no problem there. BUT have always had constant problems with being able… Read more
to use induction top. After oven use, back cooking port temperature lights would flash every time then after a year or so high pitched alarm that would come on when cook top turned on. Sometimes would stop. Then over the last few months can't use cook top at all E, 2 flashing on rhs front ports. Can't turn top on at all to cook. Tried everything. Soooo disappointed. Paint on top of both oven doors is also all rough and eggshell cracks. Did contact belling a couple if years ago. Wrote a review they intercepted and said they would deal with me personally. Never heard from them. They deleted what I wrote. Totally fed up.

price point. Well we have had it for two years now and what a weapon. Its accurate temperature controls are something to behold. No more burnt bottoms to the jam and pickle cooking. The trivets are super solid cast iron reminiscent of commercial trivets.
Unlike every other stove top I have seen or used, the stove top has the largest burners at the front rather than the back, where you would use it most. Just logical. In summation.
There are four electric oven configurations with a divider for one and a grill for another with fan force and element options. Uses a whopping 32 Amps at full bore. Even has a bread proofer setting for the oven which is spot on accurate.
Worth every penny we paid and super happy with its style, quality build and perfect performance. Highly recommended

in association with the two faulty ovens. Both belling ovens were $8499 and both are faulty from arrival that’s saying something. We've switched to fisher and paykel now and I will never purchase anything belling again.

Great looking product_and good support from Belling – Have had my ovens and induction cooktop for almost 5 years. The induction did fail, but Belling provided warranty for the parts (even though was just out of warranty) and I paid for labour for repairs. Am happy with the product and with the support. made in England. Quality of the new one is very poor, starting with labelling and parts errors on delivery. All the markings rub off the knobs within a year, but you can read the level on the stovetop. Neither oven worked well, although one is now fixed at the behest of our retailer (who was fantastic). Two thermostat replacements were needed. Top oven burns everything on the top (our old one didn’t). Belling customer service contact centre people were pleasant, but after 2 months and at least 6 calls or emails, a completely useless technician finally came around who demonstrated the stove temperature was almost 30 degrees too low, but did nothing. Would definitely not recommend, due to poor quality of both the stove and Belling customer service.

luckily for us. The unit looked almost unused before we moved in.
The oven and hob worked well for about 9-10 months after moving in then the hob burners slowly lost heat/power over about a month. About 7 weeks ago the induction top failed completely but the two ovens still worked. After app 6 weeks of waiting the warranty repair company installed the new control board even though the technician told us on his assessment visit this would not work and lo and behold after using the hob for another two days it died again with a loud pop. We are again waiting on a different repair agent to assess it in a week and a half then wait some more for the parts, hopefully an entire new hob which is what should have happened the first time.
When it was working the hob and main oven worked well. We did find that the grill will not switch on when the main oven is on or hot but the two will work together as ovens. The induction hob controls are simple enough to master but the timer/mode settings are not intuitive at all. Another thing to note with this model is nothing works until a time has been set on the clock which caused much confusion at first.
Overall I would recommend avoiding this stove due to poor quality and reliability.

technician. Technician contacted me asked what had occurred with stove, without ever looking at stove he said he was waiting on parts for stove that was a week ago (the whole process so far is nearly 3 weeks without a stove) I am at this very moment waiting on the phone to I assume is Glendimplex (Phone 1800 444 357 which Harvey Norman had given me) to see if they have sent parts required. I started at position 11 in queue that was 52 minutes ago and now I am at position 2. This company has no regard for customer service. I was just told that the parts have been sent from who knows where? and he will receive them in 7-10 days. It was Glendimplex that operates ofF shore. Customer operator didn't know where parts were coming from.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT – This is the biggest hunk of junk I have ever purchased. You can not cook a steak or stir fry on this cooker. You don't have an issue with anything… Read more
burning because it takes a good 40 min to even come close to cooking a sausage in a frying pan I kid you not. Do not buy this it is a complete waste of money. Beyond embarrassing when you have to get a gas camp cooker out of the cupboard in your new kitchen and put it on top to cook a steak.
I want my money back. I've called the company and no one takes you seriously they just keep palming you off. Saying no one else has reported this. That's not my problem. The cooker I have can not even cook a steak, it stews bacon because there is just no conductive heat at all. When you think it's going to start cooking the element cut out then all cooking stops, then starts, then stops, then starts. It takes over 15 minutes to cook an egg you can not fry one because it doesn't get hot enough.
I even asked the company what brand of frying pan I should purchase as I've already spent $1000 on different fry pans trying to find one that would get hot enough to cook meat. Not a single one worked. The company would not recommend a frying pan. No reasonable response from this company in the few years I've been contacting them about the piece of crap. So for that, I will review this rubbish product everywhere I can find. Save yourself the headache, embarrassment and money.
Update a technician attended my house and looked at the stove. He said there was nothing wrong with the stove. He said I needed to buy new fry pans but would not advise me of any particular brand.
I borrowed my mothers large scan pan and it still does not heat hot enough to cook a steak on. I borrowed another one of her pans 25cm and tried it I could cook 1 steak at a time in that pan. Not helpful at all.
So my product review will stand.

contacted Glendimplex, the company responsible for marketing this product in Australia, only to find out they don't have their own technicians. Instead, they rely on third-party service companies, which caused significant delays.
It took a frustrating 10 days for a technician to come out, and after inspecting the appliance, they claimed it was a loose wire and fixed it. However, just two hours later, the microwave stopped working again. When I called Glendimplex, they told me I’d have to wait another 10 days for a technician to come out and look at it again. This is completely unacceptable!
We paid a premium price for what I now see is an overrated and unreliable product. It's incredibly inconvenient to be without a functioning appliance for such long periods of time, especially when there is no backup option. On top of that, Glendimplex couldn’t care less about their customers or providing any real solutions.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Never buy this product — it’s not worth the trouble, and Belling clearly doesn’t stand behind their products or offer proper customer support.
