The design is one of the standout features. The Citiz has a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly in a kitchen without taking up too much counter space. It feels compact but still premium, with sturdy materials and a clean finish that gives it a more sophisticated appearance than many other pod machines.

Coffee preparation is incredibly fast. The machine heats up in seconds, which makes a huge difference during busy mornings. I loved being able to press a single button and get a consistent espresso every time without worrying about grinding beans, tamping coffee, or cleaning messy filters afterward.

The espresso quality surprised me as well. For a capsule machine, the flavor was rich and smooth, and the crema looked impressive. Different Nespresso pods allowed me to switch between strong, bold coffees and lighter blends depending on my mood. one has only lasted 4 months. I only purchased it because it was cheaper ($115) than the others. I can see why. Never buy De'Longhi again. Now trying to go down the warranty line, which I'm betting will be full of hassles.

Makes great coffee for at home machine Nespresso pods are preferred Milk frother able to be stored in fridge and easy to clean Looks great on the bench

What could be better;

Programming seems to be not as easy as previous machines and doesn’t seem to be accurate when storing and trying to use

Found my self hitting milk froth button numerous times as preset functions are not suited to my glass size

are required to box and freight for repair over the Christmas Period. Possible long wait. This is the 4 th Nespresso machine that we have had fail. Unfortunately we are stuck with 6 unused vertuo coffee sleeves that cannot be returned. I am feed up with the poor build of these machines and wish to opt out of Nespresso.
