quality of machines had declined. 6 Months: The machine stopped functioning entirely and was sent in for warranty repair. Post-First Repair: After being returned, the coffee flow remained inconsistent compared to earlier models and standard workplace machines. 10 Months: Coffee quality declined severely, and the machine was returned for a second warranty repair. Service Center Response: The service centre informed me the 2nd time round that the machine had to be disposed of due to a cockroach infestation, stating it was not covered under warranty.

Observations & Customer Support Experience: Usage & Maintenance: The machine was only used on weekends, and official descaling kits were used when performance issues first appeared. The home undergoes annual pest control fumigation. De'Longhi Response: Advised directing all inquiries directly to Nespresso. Nespresso Response: Did not respond to follow-up emails regarding potential seal defects or internal moisture retention issues that could contribute to pest entry. Summary: Due to initial flow issues, repeated repairs, and the potential design risk regarding internal moisture attracting pests, buyers should inspect their machines if they notice a sudden change in coffee flow or quality. Given the lack of resolution from customer support, I cannot recommend this model.

one has only lasted 4 months. I only purchased it because it was cheaper ($115) than the others. I can see why. Never buy De'Longhi again. Now trying to go down the warranty line, which I'm betting will be full of hassles.

nespresso stores or online and if you need to do software update you have to wait days for it to complete definitely not worth your time or money only good thing about it makes a decent tasting coffee once in a blue moon when it actually works bought a Nescafe dolce gusto almost twenty years ago still going strong only little leakage problem

are required to box and freight for repair over the Christmas Period. Possible long wait. This is the 4 th Nespresso machine that we have had fail. Unfortunately we are stuck with 6 unused vertuo coffee sleeves that cannot be returned. I am feed up with the poor build of these machines and wish to opt out of Nespresso.
