reasonable amount of coffee and especially like a variety of coffee options, this is worth every cent. It simple to use, with easy step instructions on the touch screen. There are choices of so many different coffee options, both black and milk ones. It has a milk container that you just keep in the fridge and attach easily for flat while, latte, cappuccino and more. It also does hot water for tea drinkers. There are 4 temperature settings so caters for those who don't like their coffee too hot up to those that want to scald their tastebuds off. There is an app that gives many other options, but at the time of writing this, it's pretty terrible and doesn't work very well. I can see there's huge potential for the App, but I don't think DeJonghi care too much.

premium quality and support. While still under warranty, the touchscreen stopped working, so I sent it in for repair. After being without a coffee machine for two weeks, I received it back with the exact same issue unresolved, plus new scratches on the machine and the original box returned ripped apart. To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to send the machine in again, meaning even more time without a product I paid a premium price for. At this price point, this level of service is unacceptable. Poor repair quality, careless handling, and no consideration for the customer experience. bought it because I like cappuccinos and lattes. No matter which drink I select, it spurts out a mass of frothy milk and a shot weak coffee, even when I put it at the strongest setting.

A latte is NOT a cup of frothy milk with a shot on top! A cappuccino is not a shot of watery coffee with 4 inches of froth on top. It's impossible to adjust the frother, despite the cheaper magnifica models and most other machines having this feature. I want to return it. The entire setup is false and misleading. It cannot make a latte despite having a 'my latte' button. It cannot make a cappuccino even though it has a cappuccino button. Even a basic black coffee is just dark dishwater. I adjusted the grinder to be a little finer and selected 3xbean strength (the strongest) but that didn't help either.

I spent time with 2 delonghi reps on the phone and neither of them thought a latte should have frothy milk.

I do not recommend this machine. It's a dud.

We can not fault this machine … it is so easy to use and clean makes great coffee consistently … it has a clear easy to use panel … the milk is always to each individuals liking … We would highly recommend this machine … price,ease of use, great coffee consistently…. and i love that i am now not struggling to recycle coffee pods and we have great coffee grounds for the compost …. its a winner

spoke with Delonghi which at first were great, but on my last call with them they are trying to tell me the problem is normal and to stick a toothpick in it to fix it. We have tried everything to clean the spout (toothpicks, micro pipe cleaners, x3 bottles of descaler) and nothing has fixed the issue. The flow from one side is now just dripping, but apparently this is normal. They have now said if we send it back they will charge us if nothing is found. My advice is don't buy this product, it's not worth the huge amount of money for such a bad design. Other models you can completely remove the spouts and check them fully, not on this stupid model. waiting for parts for 3-4 weeks) didn't work. Took it in again, second time around it was a bubble under the air filter. Solution to this? Either don't use a filter or buy more products from De'Longhi as an alternative to the filter. Then there's the milk issue. I was told to use the wash cycle on the milk carafe at least 3 times before every coffee I make, or don't leave the carafe in the fridge, only fill it for each cup. This is far from the nice, quick and easy one touch to make a coffee! Annoyingly, I've now been reading quite a number of reviews with similar problems. Have requested a refund or upgrade, but was offered coffee beans and cups for a machine that doesn't work properly. Agree with others regarding the temperature of the overall coffee - just can't get it hot enough. This was my first big purchase like this and it's very disappointing.

horrendous. 3 months after taking it in for a fix I still don't have my Rivelia back and no one from delonghi seems to know how to resolve. No refund, no new unit, just mine sitting in some repair shop with no resolution. Id never recommend this unit or Deloghni to anyone

filled with water, which it then uses every time it needs to do anything to clean itself. Then you just fill it up again. The sensor for the grounds hopper is in the wrong space, so you make 3 coffees and it moans the hopper is full. It's not, they just made a poorly designed hopper and put the sensor in the wrong place. It doesn't really make anything useful other than an espresso shot. It was cheap, it shows every trait of being cheap. I would quite happily go back to my Nespresso machine.

Neither of us want the fuss of grinding beans etc so this machine is perfect for us and we did not want the one with the milk jug included as we have different milks in our coffee. The one issue and it is a minor first world problem is that the milk jug is quite small for when we have some friends or family visiting but we overcame that problem and bought a Breville Milk Cafe so make multiple coffees without the need to do the milk one at a time. This machine was also a good price as we still buy coffees a few times a week - all in all a good purchase

for a warranty claim... they told us to take it to a service centre... I explained we ordered it online and the closes centre was 4 hours drive away. They sent a return postage slip and informed us that a courier would be there the next day between 9am and 4pm to collect it... they didn't come... someone in my house missed a days work... they assured me they would come the next day... again someone needed to be home all day... they didn't come... Third time lucky? Nope.. they didn't come... I asked for a refund because it was clear they weren’t going to collect it and they are obligated to correct the issue without undue burden to the consumer... their response? Go talk to Amazon... Do not buy their products. They are either deliberately deceptive or utterly incompetent. I will be making a formal complaint via Fair Trading.
