Pretty good – This is my first wireless headphone. The limited experience I had with over the ear wireless headphones, Q35 is pretty good. I am yet to fiddle with equaliser through the app to maximise the noise cancellation experience. Show details

understand what a warranty means. They made it so hard that I gave in and won’t buy again.there was a fault with one of the buds that didn’t work The actual manufacturer seems pleasant and responsive but would not engage in warranty differing to the 3rd party ( these were bought from a retail store new btw) If you do chose to buy these sleepbuds go straight to the manufacturer and don’t buy through chain stores I have binned mine and will buy the other brand that’s a bit more expensive but has warranty

PLEASE NOTE - MY REVIEW IS ON THE SOUNDCORE LIBERTY 4 PRO The Liberty 4 Pro is a vast improvement over the Liberty 3 Pro for me. Again, the product… Read more

is value for money, with a lot of technology packed into a reasonable price. The improvement for me on this set is that its ANC is on par with the JBL Tour Pro 3s, and call quality is impressive. I've used the ANC to help drown out really loud noises (hurting my ears). The ambient noise function with ANC is very handy for sleep and rest, when required. I've had issues with other earbuds where, the other party on the line would have issues hearing me and understanding what I'm saying, noting this could be because of the way I speak, however had had no such issues with the Liberty 4s, even in noisy environments, such as a noisy street with a lot of traffic, and even loud motorcycles nearby. The technology is able to drown out the sounds and pick out my voice without distorting the conversation (which is what the JBLs seemed to be doing making my conversations sound clipped when I'm speaking). Suffice to say this has been very important as I mostly use this device for work. This has been even more impressive than the Jabra 10s I used to have. So far, the best earbuds for calls for me. It is very comfortable, and battery life seems to be less than the JBLs, but that could be because I don't notice that I'm wearing them. Connectivity was initially very good, however have encountered some bugs (2 months in) where it sometimes tries to connect but the sound doesn't come through, or the case doesn't connect to the app (although this could be my phone, easily fixed by restarting the phone). The app is very useful, which also relates to connectivity, as it allows me to control the multiple devices connected to the earbuds. As I'm only able to connect 2 devices at the same time, the app is very handy to use to connect and disconnect to other devices without missing a beat. (Please note: the JBLS were better there, as you could do that on the screen on the case, which was handy - not having to go to the app to change devices. The Liberty 4 case allows changes to the ANC setting, with some additional features such as using it to access the camera on the phone). Carry it everywhere I go at this time, and has become essential to everyday life.

I do not sleep well at all. What I do is to listen to audio books off my mobile phone at a very low volume to drift off to sleep. Originally I used… Read more

headphones but they were big and uncomfortable and defeated the purpose. When at the Good Guys ( April 2026) looking for something else I chanced upon the Soundcore Sleep A20 ear buds and had the sales person explain them. The buds play music or audio and can "sense" when you go to sleep and switch over to a running water babbling brook sound which keeps you asleep. The can also take a phone call. I paid $249 and they are worth the money.I have to pass water at least 3 times a night but my A20 buds ensure I can get back to sound sleep each time without problems.

Range is limited to the same room. I had initial pairing difficulties but the US A20 people sorted me out by email with excellent follow up service and checked later to ensure it was going well. I use the solely for going to sleep. Sound volume is great but I keep them turned well down.

these which were mid range. Very, very happy with them. Sound is good, self charging case is really handy and the battery life is sufficient. I use them at the gym and when walking and running and never have issued with them coming loose. I always have my phone in my pocket so haven't really tested the wireless range but am happy with their performance to date.

Hi, I've not been 100% happy with these ear buds since new and getting less so as time goes on. I've contacted soundcore for warranty support… Read more

and have been arguing for some time about it. They now say that it's the retailer's problem as they're not an authorised reseller.

The issues I've had are;

1 - the coating on the case is just chipping away when in my pocket. Soundcore recognises this as an issue but their take on it is to buy a cover for the case. This fails to recognise that Australian consumer law mandates goods are to be of acceptable quality and reasonably durable. 2 - they randomly stop working while I'm sleeping and this wakes me up. Quite often it can't be fixed unless the buds are put back in the case for a little while. As you can imagine it's not acceptable to be woken up by a device purchased to help me sleep. 3 - the right bud loses charge quicker than the left. At 10% level the buds don't respond to taps. 4 - the right bud more often than not has a lower volume than the left. 5 - there are times when the bud's volume is so low they can hardly be heard even when my phone's volume is at maximum.

There is no point calling for Support because they simply isn’t any, And I have purchased two sets and was contemplating the third!

The idea is great, but the execution appears to be lacking!

Have tried all the resets and some to no avail, The product has a fault and it looks like I’m going to be stuck with it!

Nice sounding audio but not a secure fit – I bought these earbuds because I wear glasses so can't wear the over-the-ear type and all the ones that sit in the ear seem to fall out regularly. … Read more

The sound emanating from these buds is excellent and the call quality is great, but the controls are not easy to operate. It requires tapping on the back of the bud which is tricky and likely to dislodge it from the ear. Also, despite searching in the instructions and online, it appears that there is no volume control so you have to pick up your phone to alter the volume which is not ideal.

It took me a bit of practice to sit them in my ears correctly and I attached the largest grips provided to make them feel more secure but they are still not very securely held in my ears and have dropped out several times. I'm glad there is an 18-month warranty!

I much prefer the way they sit on the edge of the ear rather than block the whole ear hole and believe it is far better for ear health. I just wish that they fit the way they are supposed to.
