After comparing all options this was by far the best. Great service when I called for clarification on a few points and very easy online experience. Saved over $400 in comparison to my previous 12 year insurance provider.

get an independent assessor. Once the assessor confirmed the damage, and they could no longer deny it, they changed their story. Now claiming the system is over 10 years old, so they wouldn’t cover it. The retention team offered to escalate the issue but warned us not to expect a positive outcome. It was only to notify the claims department that they hadn’t handled things properly. Save your time and money...this company is a waste of both. Absolute scammers!!!

had never made a claim. The first claim we just did was knocked back stating that it was routine care. Apparently we had to have a different level of cover for this so I rang to arrange it. They say you cant change your insurance until the renewal. Then the woman puts me through to some dude and they must think I'm on hold as they're having a good old moan about this guy they have on the phone wanting his insurance fixed.

I told them I could hear them and I didn't want their help anymore. Cancelled.

To be clear, never had problems with the other insurance streams, just this one.

subsequent biopsy. I told them about the clear result, but this still wasn't good enough for them, makes no sense.

Underwriters need to look at their criteria as this is an extremely common result for women - doesn't mean much except docs will monitor. I was told "maybe next year if you get a clear result" - ridiculous as this isn't how pap smears work. Disgusted at the lack of knowledge and will be cancelling my current policy and never touching again.
