concerns. We've never shipped a dog before so this was a very new process for us, but they made it insanely easy! One thing I do wish they had as a service for peace of mind, would be to send a generic or automatic update's saying "Your dog has been collected and is on the way to the airport", Your dog has boarded the flight and has an eta of ##hrs", "Your dog has reached its destination, if you haven't orgainsed pickup transport, please make your way to collect". We were worried on how things were going for our puppy throughout the travel, but other than that the team at dogtainers were really good and will be using them again in future!

fly sign off as required by the airlines and I lost my entire $800 payment. I felt that their booking staff were misleading about the risk of booking my dog in without fit to fly, had I known I would not have booked and paid $800 upfront. They have not responded to my email requests to consider my case for a refund and their customer service beyond this point has been lacking. Predatory pricing practices exist in this industry so I would just say be very careful before booking your pet in with this company.

Excellent customer service! Staff were excellent. So easy. Everything went smoothly and my kitten arrived safely and happy. Highly recommend and would use again.

We have boarded our 2 Shih Tzus here many times they always go over and above. Our 2 furbabies always come home so happy.
