Another thing is the booking fee. Why would you need to charge both the sitter and client a large portion of the payment? 20% from the sitter and 12% from the client, I’m not sure that much is necessary for a website that only offers insurance regarding the animal, and not insurance regarding property damage.

sitters, that were LISTED AS AVAILABLE for our O/S travel dates, plus in our SE Vic region, all replies came back they were NOT available. Reasons such as having knee replacements, to new jobs, selling their houses, needing to extend working Visa requirements with paid regionals work plus stating they just weren't unavailable but said they loved our house and beautiful rural kitchen garden. So it isn't that we have an awful home and or difficult duties as only dog feeding and some companionship was required and sitters were free to explore our region. Contacted the website's Administration who replied they asked sitters to keep Availability current but this is not the case. stressed out when we leave them there. They are placed together at night and duing the day they are placed into an enclosure with similarly small dogs. The staff are very responsive to email and send photos if the dogs are there for more than a week. Highly recommend.

We have boarded our 2 Shih Tzus here many times they always go over and above. Our 2 furbabies always come home so happy.

I have used this dog minder service many times for both day and night stays and I have had nothing but had great experiences and received a friendly service. Would highly recommend this dog sitter.

Take your dog cushions in with you – I recommend you take your dog’s cushions in with you for your dog to lay on so it doesn’t end up with grazed elbows like the photos. But thank you for taking care of mine for 7 days.
