When the technician returned, I was told the issue was now the cable—not related to the previous work—and I was charged an additional $300 for about 30 minutes of work. Despite paying a total of $2,600, I still have no working TV signal. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on the outcome, I’m concerned the original antenna may not have needed replacement in the first place, and that the problem diagnosis has been inconsistent. I would recommend others proceed with caution and ensure they receive a clear diagnosis and explanation before agreeing to major work.

That was 10 days ago…obviously they did not want the job because it was either too small or too messy but had neither the decency nor courtesy to inform me. Disappointing in the extreme.
