While SBG was not the cheapest option when I was looking for a Battery, they offered a good product (AlphaESS ac coupled battery and inverter) at a reasonable price point. In short, the 14kWh AlphaESS setup hit the sweet spot for my needs.

Notwithstanding the above, there were 2 minor oversights that had to be corrected after getting the quote. However, to be fair, SBG did absorb most of the additional costs associated with the extra hardware that was overlooked on the quote.

The system has been up and running for 4 months. So far, there have been no issues - it works just like a new one.

He was responsive, patient, supportive, and always willing to explain the system options, quotation details, expected generation, finance process, and installation arrangements. I particularly appreciated that he remained engaged after the sale and continued to assist whenever questions arose.

The on-site installation team, led by Chris Yousif, also did a great job. They were professional, hardworking, and completed the solar and battery installation efficiently. Chris and his crew were helpful on site and worked through the practical requirements carefully.

I would also like to acknowledge Tyler from the back-office support team. Tyler was responsive and helpful in coordinating follow-ups, communicating with the installation team, and supporting the resolution of post-installation matters.

my place in August 25 firstly they installed the wrong size battery then the system did not work, kept tripping the house down, had to turn it off they fixed it (that's why there is 2 start here, not 1) to fix it they drilled more holes in my house, including one in the wrong place, they took weeks to fix that then, I discovered a friend had got twice the system size , same brand, same stuff, for the same price I paid. they also said no worries we can upgrade battery size later, they just forgot to mention subsidies only work once no matter how much capacity you claim and finally, they keep calling me every couple of month to ask if I ended up installing solar .... their sales teams don't even know they installed solar at mine a year ago. how unprofessional . for a company that takes pride in outstanding customer service and charges premium for it...I am very disappointed. technically qualified (they did not know that), and at no time did they try to mislead me or talk to me like a fool. Shipping was not fast, and at times communications were a bit slow, but I know what it's like to work in companies like this; it's not always a perfect world. Their prices were fantastic, and the advice was fantastic, so I thought a little tolerance was not too much to ask.

I read the negative reviews and was rather shocked. I am sure the people making them felt that they were justified; however, I did have some problems with a bit of the order missing, and the company could not resolve it any faster. They sent it via priority post, and it was resolved.
