Can I fit another type of Cutter ( the line wears out too quickly and forever bumping to extend length?? Franklin

Bought one last Saturday from Bunnings. Assembled it OK, couple adjustments, used it this morning on really tough grass, thick weeds, did well.

I noticed the wire was only a quarter of its initial length. I aligned the arrows so I could pull more out—it zipped into the head. Now what?

Had same problem today with mine have just started using it! What did you do to get line out of head?

hi is there a straight shaft attachment for a curved shaft trimmer available to swap over my model is a24-5 cc RLT254cseon thanx.

The head opens up but this isn't shown in the instructions. You might need a flat screwdriver to wedge in the swan th at can be seen going round the whole head unit. Push the 2 tabs on the bump end inwards at the same time as pushing flat screwdriver into the other end seam and it should pop open. Feed line through metal holes and pull not too tight and adjust the length. I did this with the head taken off with the tool provided.
