We got our replacement pads at the Danoz Direct shop at the local shopping centre. If that is not available to you, here is the direct web address for the mop external link  or you can go to the Danoz Direct Home page and navigate from there. At the bottom of the h2o-Mop page are 3 tabs labelled, Information, Accessories, and FAQ. Under the accessories tab are the replacement items you can purchase over the internet. This can be done from either the h20 mop page or the Danoz Direct home page. Hope this helps you out

I bought one of these steam mops, worked well when first used it. Now after three uses, I went to use it again and there is no steam. Nothing appears to be blocked. Motor is still working. So why is there no steam?

I have read an earlier post that there is a small hole (Haven't got mine yet) that needs clearing with something like a paper clip (but don't go in too far) and then run with white vinegar and water to clear.

It seems to be a common problem.

When you look inside your kettle, it is no wonder it gets clogged with lime scale.

you would think that with such a common problem they would make it easier to fix.

I also have read a similar article posted. I have already tried the paper clip idea, and have used the ratio of white vinegar and water as stated in the manual, which came with the steam mop. Still there is no steam.
