I have a serious complaint against a lady cashier working today (Tuesday 29th November, 2022), at 3:15 pm. She is extremely rude and downright racist. And this is not the first time. This is the third time she has been very rude.

I do hope, Seven Eleven can sort this out, immediately, as I have had enough.

And I can assure you, the next time I will go in with my son and video her rudeness and post it on the social media.

Such behaviour is not to be tolerated in any civil society.

After I use the fuel lock to get petrol and only use 30 litre of petrol why am I losing the lock price when it has not expired yet

This is a scam fuel lock suppose to be for 7 days,which it clearly isn’t come on accc get your act together,I thought there was a law against false advertising?

Twice now, I've used my 7eleven rewards app which says that you get a reward on your 7th! And both times, on my 7th, the rewards disappeared and I had to start over again without the reward. Has anyone else had this issue?

I left my park lights on at 7/11 and this girl serving wouldn't open pump and then when I approached her she said my park lights must be off otherwise I can't get fuel. She wasn't polite either.

I am an avid user of your fuel app and have used it successfully more than once. Now I am unable to log in. In the past I could log in for fuel lock automatically. It now tells me "error An unknown error occurred. Please try again later [Error Code: Quebec] I have also tried to log in manually and it says no match password. Ask to reset password comes up with same, error try again later. What am I doing wrong? Please help

If you lock in the wrong store by accident can you change it?
