Good experience – Great company, really responsive & helpful. Even though individual cleaners were sometimes unreliable, they always offered a replacement service. Very easy to rebook with a different cleaner thru the portal.

Absolutely worth it – Cleaner was polite, professional and really thorough. She made it an absolute delight to come home to a beautifully clean refreshed home.

I asked for an end of lease clean from my regular cleaner from Absolute Domestics and got radio silence, so I booked an end of lease clean through another cleaner with this and paid $800 for absolutely nothing. Unprofessional – After speaking with the [Name Removed] and deciding to reschedule it was quite the shock that [Name Removed] would react to the message with the middle finger up emoji. do. The wife of the couple, karma was her name, was who I communicated with mostly, I sent her a message and was quite precise on products being supplied, equipment, available time and day. To which she responded and said that was fine. We agreed she would attend the premises at 10.30, so on the day she called me at 10.20 and said can I be there at 11am I said, that's fine please make sure you're there by than. At 11.10am she sent me a text message and said my client wants me to do an extra 30mins please let your granny know I'll be there by 11.30am. At this point I was furious, I expressed to her that it was unacceptable and not a great start for her first time with us as clients. I contacted customer care they phoned her straight away and they called straight back and said she was running behind. Which is lies as she stated to me her client wanted extra time. I expressed in a text that there is a chain of responsibility with your clients. If one client gives you short notice but you agree for the extra cash, make your own time to come back and deal with your other clients who aren't going to wait around all day because you feel like it. Its also bad for your reputation when you become unreliable and your not setting a good example for a company who actually confidently relied on you to do your part which you failed. Karma sent me a message back. It wrote, I'm sorry but I thought you were flexible. I didn't respond, was just some silly excuse to cover her lie. Absolutely broke my heart to see the disappointment from a company who employs people like this. If you live in the ACT like my grandmother and you get this couple, avoid.

I was a bit afraid of having strangers in my home but the best thing we did was get absolute domestics. They deal with all the pre-employment administration and I just reaped the benefit of having someone else clean my home ( which saved me doing it!!). Absolute Domestics is very well organised and easy to work with. I loved the simplicity of being able to get a quote to quickly and have a cleaner start almost immediately. I appreciated the timely check-ins to make sure everything was on track and going well. We stopped the service after a couple of months because we are leaving soon but also, in truth, we generally feel cleaners don’t do as good a job as we do because we know our house. Show details ·  1

Love your work! – I have had Absolute Domestics for a couple of years now as my cleaning service. Their cleaners have been wonderful and reliable. And the customer service from the office is also highly responsive. Awful experience with a cleaner; Management were responsive and that is appreciated – Absolutely awful experience. Selfish, lying cleaner. Mucked me around on two occasions. Expected me to adjust my plans to suit her and her cleaning partner. She called me an awful human being for not rescheduling my plans to suit her.

Absolute disgusting – Abdolute disgusting company. Terrible experience with this company. I am on NDIS and during lockdown they ceased my services (fair enough) but went on to charge from my NDIS plan and take the money. One of their cleaners smashed a set of glass bathroom scales chopping a tile in my brand new home, the cleaner denied it happening so they therefore told me it didn't happen and they take no liability. Communication lacking consistency – I am disappointed with the lack of proper communication. My first allocated cleaner cancelled my appointment without notifying me or even the company. Then I was allocated another cleaner, who came an hour late, did ok mob but then charged us for 4 hours while job was finished within 3 hours mark. I will try someone else in future.

Our cleaner was so amazing, and went above and beyond every clean. We're very sad to lose her – Our cleaner would often do more than I had asked; she would wash any dishes left in the sink, make beds, and generally tidy up.
