I’ve started regularly using this service with Minushi. She has been fantastic. She is a great communicator, hard working, and finishes on time to a great standard. So angry, had cleaner allocated who withdrew before starting, failed to return the key so no service but have $200 expense to change locks. Tried again but second cleaner never contacted me. Not sure about this company but cheaper is not best.

not terribly unclean to begin with either as I did a wipe over before their arrival. The cleaners explanation was that they ran out of time. I could understand if we asked them to clean the entire house but alas, we did not.

I actually had to clean the house after the cleaners left.

After calling, the customer service was completely appalling. The manager(!) said she didn’t understand why I would bring to her attention the reason for wanting a spring clean and that a (falsely advertised) service we paid for that was supposed to relieve a certain amount of workload actually did not alleviate this task for me at all. I was happy to resolve with either having the house actually spring cleaned as advertised or to be reimbursed to the cost of a regular clean.

Do not be fooled by the false advertising on this website. You will pay for a spring clean but receive a below average wipe over service. And on top of that a totally lack lustre and not customer focused response. Absolute Domestics has no integrity in the delivery of its services. Do not waste your money!!

I’d love to be able to review the service but the cleaner never completed the clean. Received a text at 11.25an stating that she had a sore tooth and had to go to the dentist and could she complete the clean the next day. As it was an end of lease clean that was impossible. reply, I understand people get ill but to have no back up plan is pretty pathetic. I emailed the company telling then what happened, that was Sunday, it’s now Tuesday and no reply.

Great company full of lovely helpful and trustworthy cleaners ! Best pricing I can find online when it comes to a cleaner. I paid $65 for my first clean! Usually it’ll be $93 which I’m more then happy to pay to get back the time I need on the weekend to rest as I’m a cleaner myself to! Such an amazing service. Show reply

Stephanie & Ali have been cleaning our house for almost 18mths. They come every fortnight and use their own products and equipment (I happily pay a little extra for this). We only pay for a 1.5hr clean, so they work fast. Comms are good and we always have a happy and professional relationship. I have had a few cleaners that were not up to scratch but now I have Stephanie, I’m really happy. Her and her husband spend a great deal of time paying attention to detail which I asked for. I would give no stars if I could. Stephanie and her husband gave the worst, most unprofessional service I have ever witnessed. One week later I'm still in shock by how aggressive Stephanie was. please'. When they arrived, I had to push 3 times for her to use my products, then the next thing I knew she's brought back 3 buckets full of her products. Crazy! Then I explained I've had cleaners for 15 years and the job should take no longer than 4 hours or 2 people = 2 hours. I had also tested the timing and it took me 4 hours, plus I tidied the house in this time. They said it would take longer than the 4 hours, to which I replied 'That it is a 4 hour job and thats what I expect'. The husband began vacuuming (Should only take half an hour for the whole house) and Stephanie started in the kitchen. An hour and 20min later Stephanie was still in the kitchen and the husband was still vacuuming!!! In this time Stephanie had wiped down 2 benches, a stove, a sink and a toaster - the rest of the kitchen was dirty!! The vacuuming was a terrible job and took 3 x longer than it should. I called Stephanie out on this, as no moping had happened, no dusting, and she had only just started on the 1st out of 3 bathrooms. I said this is way too slow to get the job done, I'm not a professional cleaner and I can finish the entire job in 4 hours one person plus tidy the house at the same time. Because I called her out, she started yelling and left. This woman and her husband tries to take as long as possible and forces you to use her products making as much money as they can. This is a scam. Absolute Domestics said this couple have great reviews. I asked why haven't you given me the option to give a review? They said that it should have come through. 5 days later I still haven't received the review form. Clearly this is how the business gets mainly good reviews. Do not use this organisation!

First time using this service. Cleaner damaged shower head in ensuite and did not advise me of this at the time. Damage was discovered the next morning when the shower was used. I was also charged for 2.5 hours on a 2 hour clean. Customer service advised in writing, however they were not prepared to reimburse me for the damage or the overcharge. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Definitely do not recommend this company. Show details

Waste of money. I wish I read the reviews before I booked. Didn't manage to clean the kitchen because they ran out of time. 3 hours to clean two bathrooms and vacuum and mop. Didn't even clean up the rubbish that was clearly on site. Do not even bother booking them. Called the customer services to see if they could do anything and nothing, just said the cleaner spent that time cleaning what they could.

I tried to book a regular fortnightly service without sucess, cycling six different cleaners through - two cancelled the day or day before the job, one never responded, two came for one or more fortnights but did not continue, and one who was terrible. this fortnight’s service. You cannot get your bank details out of their system and they are telling me the cleaner will have to pay me back. DO NOT USE THEM.

Absolutely useless. They will waste your time by doing a bad job and take your money. Try raising an issue with them and they won’t do anything. Will never recommend or use again.
