Acer Aspire E5 Questions & Answers
Since the past 4 days my laptop when switched on says battery power low although the battery is always charged as I always have it plugged in to main power. Why is this so?
My screen on my laptop wont turn back on. It's 3 days old. Any ideas?
I think it’s best to return it. There was obviously an issue with it which they tried fixing but I think it will continue to have problems
Why it is shutting down , it stop working , anytime switched off very bad experience?
it may need program update ( thats what harvey norman told me ) i feel there was an issue with the computer and Acer have tried to refurbish & fix the problem but its a waste of time. try going back to where you bought it and ask them if you can exchange for a completely different brand. i would definately stay away from that model

Accordingly, E5- 771 is an 'expensive' ' upper end' laptop while E5- 571 is a lower end laptop
It was the E5-571, regardless of this it is the build quality and the lack of customer service that translates to all models that is the issue.
