We are very happy with the design especially the amount of storage and the layout of the rooms. Homes any day of the week. Early last year we decided to build and without hesitation went to Adenbrooks to start our building journey. Liaising with Niki we were able to come up with a concept that fitted our brief within a short timeframe. Before we knew it we had chosen a block of land (which Niki helped negotiate on which was a bonus) and a house design that we tweaked to fulfil our requirements (we didnt have to pay extra for any changes which was another bonus). With busy work schedules we needed a builder that could take care of everything from start to finish which was also why we where drawn to Adenbrooks turnkey package - they literally take care of everything! The price of a Adenbrook home may at first seem higher than competitors but the inclusions are extensive and there is literally no hidden costs after signing of the building contact which is great peace of mind to have. After plans were drafted and submitted which didnt take long at all we met with Windemere colour consultant Julie who was very knowledgeable and assisted with our colour selections, finishes and upgrades. Kirsty and Angelique in the office were always a pleasure to deal with when we had a query or had to organise something pre-build, during the build and after completion. Site Supervisor Shane was a top bloke who was only a phone call away with any questions during the construction and offered valuable advice. Site Supervisor did a fantastic job to rectify any hiccups during the construction and got the build completed on time. The team at Adenbrook Homes Coffs Harbour work simultaneously to continually deliver great results for their clients - they are truly a winning combination. We were also lucky enough to sign up whilst their summer promotion was running which for an extra $2000 gave us extras that added a considerable amount to the value of the house. After moving in, there was a couple of minor things that needed touching up, once this was addressed with adenbrook homes, the contractors were in contact with me the very next day to resolve. the quality of the exclusive contractors they use for each part of your build. Additionally, make sure you have a good lawyer who can advise you as trying to get unbiased advice when things go wrong can be frustrating. We have had some major issues with Adenbrook, and just like other reviewers, had to really fight for issues to be fixed. We are happy to send our full list of issues faced as it is all documented - like nails falling out of the ceiling, uneven paint, gaps in the joins of the driveway, uneven cupboards, warped doors, windows needing to be replaced, sinks not sealed, holes in the slab etc, etc.

Do not use Designer Living Kitchens - this was the preferred kitchen supplier for Adenbrook when we signed our contract. We have had major issues with the quality of the work and installation of our kitchen and are still trying to get an uneven stone bench top fixed which is proving to be a nightmare. Adenbrook have not taken responsibility and no matter how many times the word QUALITY is listed on Adenbrooks and Designer Living Kitchens website, I can assure you an uneven kitchen bench top join is certainly NOT QUALITY.
