Not sure if I can add to the above as it tells you what to do. The only thing I would say is I found the monthly premiums a lot cheaper than most. Check it out online and then ring 1300 518 043 if you wish to talk to an operator to confirm what you are signing up to. Cheers!
I have a quote for Basic Home and Content $2800 and a quote for Comprehensive H and C $3000. I used the same levels in each. What is the difference? I can't find it, both quote details look exactly the same. Thanks Maria Oram

Please note ahm Comprehensive Home and Contents includes Accidental Damage cover, whereas the Basic Home and Contents does not cover Accident Damage, only the defined events outlined in the PDS. Claim number 106204C19229 Refusal to pay storm damage. We have been loyal customers for a number of years as private heath and switched home and contents to you. Worst decision ever and now have been living in a damaged home since 2nd August 2022 and referred to AFCA. Hope this gets to everyone looking DO NOT insure with these guys they are slow and don't pay on legitimate claims. Hope AFCA makes you pay for additional damages suffered as a result of your incompetent handling. My question is how do you sleep at night?
I am a Medibank member and just changed to AHM also , your review makes me nervous, I was skeptical about insurance with them I might rethink and go back to the big insurance company’s after your review
