Hi BalmainBucko, If you could please provide the model number of the unit, we can confirm the specifications for you. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit, as well as on the front cover of the instruction manual. We can also check and provide a quote if replacement AC Power Adaptor is available.

Hi I have this speaker that my 10 year old bought with her pocket money on 26/7/2022 after lining up from 8am on the special buys morning!!! She has used it about 8 times and it was great, she was super excited but it hasn't worked for the last 8-10 weeks. Won't turn on, won't charge, won't do anything. We actually had to return a speaker on the same day of purchase inititially as it was faulty only to have the new one work for a few months and then stop............... Pretty dissapointing for her. I have a copy of the receipt on my credit card statement can it be refunded?

do you have to charge then unplug mains power to use or can you use with mains power or recharged batt also how long on average does the recharge batt last when using the charged batt
