Is it safe to restart using an ALDI-sourced Kuchef 66135 slow cooker?
I have the 3 sizes in 1 slow cooker.. when cooking is constantly clicks ... is this supposed to happen

I have used my slow cooker once, and it is no longer working and I have destroyed the packaging can I return the item back to Aldi

Got my slow cooker today , but the outside is so hot i burnt myself . Is this normal ?
The labels on my slow cooker have gone. Which button is the smallest pot? And which is the largest? Where are Hi cook and warm?
Hi catcav67, For the 66135 (model number) 3-in-1 Ambiano Slow Cooker, the leftmost button is for the 1.5 L pot, the middle button is for the 3.5 L pot, and the button on the right is for the 5.5 L pot.
The knob is pointed at "off" when it is pointing straight up (12 o'clock), then as it is turned to the left (anticlockwise) it will move to warm, low, and then high (in that order).

Hi Laureen - I too had misplaced the manual - and had contacted the sales support centre. I was told that they would email it to me soon....that was nearly three weeks ago = I'm still waiting. Good luck!

I’ve just smashed my lid, these Messages are a few years old but can I still get a replacement lid

It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit, as well as on the front cover of the instruction manual.

I’ve washed settings off cooker and can’t read dial settings on pics. I would love it someone could tell me what order they are in.

I like the slow cooker but want to use it for a recipe cooking a chicken at 150 C degrees for 4 hours. After 90 minutes it’s still not up to temp on High! How warm does the cooker get? Thanks
