Hi I purchased the steam mop off market place and its very noisy is this normal the lady I purchased it from said she had only used it once?
A Steam mop will emit a low level pumping noise from its boiler and hissing noise from the steam jets at the mop head end. The noise level should be acceptable to most.

Hi David, Unfortunately, no info found on our system using 1A2340/700042. Can you please double check the model number and confirm the contact information on the warranty paperwork or label on the item itself – can you see the name of Tempo anywhere on the unit?

I purchased a Easy Home Multipurpose Steam Mop last week and it did not get steam through the mop head. I took it back and got another and the same is happening. I have followed the instructions - anyone else having this issue and can advise how to fix it?
Where can you get the cloths for the Lumina Steam Mop (one like in the picture above). It only came with one cloth that now needs replacing. I have two options - use the original as a pattern and make another one or find who stocks them as spare parts. Can anyone offer me some guidance
