My fan won’t turn on. It has one line showing but will not turn on. I cleaned the filter and changed the battery in remote. Still nothing.
Any hints on how to connect this Stirling Air purifier to WiFi I have iphone 11 and iiNetCable WiFi. with WPA/WPA2 security Have followed all the instructions in the instruction manual but get message WPA/WPA2 is not considered secure. please configure to use WPA 2 or WPA3 security type. Isn't that what I am using?? can anyone please explain this?

If you are looking for the filters and as Tempo Australia doesn't currently have any. You can find them on Amazon under Ultty R21 filters. These are H13 and I have ordered some and they do fit exactly. Price as of 22/4/21 is $36.07 per filter without shipping.
