I have a sterling sewing machine but the thread gathers underneath the fabric and the machine struggles to stitch and finally gets stuck so much so that it is hard to wind the machine tip or down and when I pull the fabric away I can see a whole bunch od thread underneath the fabric.Can somebody please help. Hi Con, Exactly I have similar issues, And it continuously breaks the needle machine of the device. And i don't know what should i to do.really I’m not happy whit my swing machin. Didi you find any answers for your you question?!
Try tightening or loosening the little screw on the bobbin itself only a fraction and adjust the stitch length. I can't remember how I fixed this as I was getting so many other faults, but I think it might resolve the issue. Aldi reps were not helpful as they were only interested in sales. The other thing is to make sure that the thread is conveyed thru all the different positions without missing any position. Now I happen to think that the problem might have to do with the thread not being guided thru the arm that bops up and down.
Where could I get spare parts?
Does anyone know where I can locate a product manual/user guide for the Lumina Signature 12? I’ve literally spent hours searching online but I cannot find one anywhere. I’ve also called the after sales support phone number that is listed on the machine which is actually Janome Australia but they don’t know anything about this machine and couldn’t offer any assistance whatsoever

Something might be jamming it, so firstly check that out, or a wire might be lose, get help if that is the case. Also I have noticed that most peddles will connect to other makes, so second hand stores might be worth trying...good luck...

Hi, I'm using Lumina machine for about 10 years. Until today it had no issues, now the needle not moving and the machine is stuck when i press the pedal it gives a beep and does a weird sound and stops. Is there any ways for me to make it work?

Where can I get some bobins for lumina signture 6965?
Spotlight do a boxed set of 25 bobins all ready wound with thread, ready to use. they do a box of bobins with black & white thread or a box of with coloured thread. The box of 25bobins was cheaper than buying 2 individual bobins. I took the bobins from my sewing machine along to make sure I bought the right type of bobin for my machine. there are so many that look very similar.
Spotlight, Spotlight do a boxed sets of 25 bobins wound with thread, ready to use, and it was cheaper than buying an individual bobin...take the bobin from you machine along with you to make sure you buy the right type.
