How do I purchase another filter
Sorry I can't really help. I don't know where to get spare filter bags from, so I went to Godfreys and bought filter material and sewed my own. This seems to have worked for me, but I understand my not work for everyone.
I have had a Workzone cordless vacuum cleaner for a few years and it works quite well considering the price. I need to purchase a new filter for it as the original has been damaged. Where can I get a new filter attachment?

Yes you can, but only at Aldi and only when they have them in their special buys.
Just bought one and realised it doesn't come with a battery pack. Where can we get one? Or I may need to return it to Aldi.
All sorted thankyou. I went back to the Aldi shop at Dogs Swamp. I returned the machine because it didn't come with a battery. I found out that to buy one separately would cost over $100.
Hi Di S You can only get the batteries from Aldi. When I bought mine I think it came with the smaller battery and charger included. Aldi do have them on sale from time to time and I have since purchased a 4 power battery which is working well for me.

My cordless vacuum 20V only runs for 1 minute then it stops. I turn it off and then on again and it will run for 1 second. It was fully charged before use and the battery display shows that it is still fully charged after it stops. I have my warranty certificate and bank statement with proof of purchase but I cant find the receipt. Am I able to exchange it or do I need to take it back to be repaired? I had the same issue, except it would run for a few seconds only and turn off so I exchanged it for another one. And NOW the second unit is doing the exact same thing, hence why I came to product reviews to see if anyone else is having the same issues. Mine's going back for a full refund this time.
But to answer your question Diane, You should be able to return it without the receipt. Just escalate to a store manager if need be, it might take some back and forth but it's well within your consumer rights.
