I recently had my curtains taken down cleaned and returned by Amazing Clean. The whole process from start to finish was professional and Timely. The young man who took them down and then returned them a couple of days later was so professional and good at his job. He hung a Blockout curtain to replace mine while they had the curtains. A wonderful job and a fair and reasonable price -.well done

I returned their call left a message no one called back! Had to call again, this time Robin answer with her demeaning tone! Book an appointment without providing any information about the process other than they’ll take the blinds clean them and drop them off!

When the technician picked them up, I asked what time they’ll be returned, he said not for a week! Thats if I’m lucky ! Wthhhhh do you expect me to do without bedroom blinds! Large windows wall to wall floor to ceiling! Nope the so called Robin, thought she’s doing me a fav after my agent contacted her!! We can send them back on Monday! Ahhhh yeah that’s a week, what should I do until then, “listen” she says to me multiple times! Not grasping the concept of someone not having blinds for a week! Listen we’re very busy ok! Amazing result from Cindy and Willy in Boxhill and Northcote – I bought an old house and the blinds literally smell bad and look very yellow even they are actually good quality Roman blinds. Willy and Cindy from Boxhill and Northcote branch did the magic for me:) Now the blinds look almost new and the whole house's appearance gets refreshed. The price is quite reasonable considering the quality of the work. And Willy adjusted a few positions of the blinds for me too.

Great service! – Our luxaflex silhouette blinds had become mouldy and lots of grubby marks from children. Andrew and Steve at Artarmon did an AMAZING clean! They look brand new! So happy :)

Disappointing – Roller blind bead chain won/t pull up fully.Twice now been out and still not working.This time don/t even get a reply to the problem .Was not cheap either .

on the blinds in each room, I noticed water marks on all of them. They are definitely cleaner, but when turned a certain way the light shows all the water marks. A little disappointed.

we were disappointed us was that the edges of the glued overlapped material, were loose on the ends. The insert/slot for the bottom plastic weight were not perfectly sized to hold the blind slat weight well. The insert/slot was glued up too wide, causing the plastic weight to constantly fall out, of the insert/slot when the blind slat was moved.

The staff that deal with sales are supposed to be life experienced people, who should know better that in sales clients should feel appreciated not personalised and sussed out and made to feel as they are a bother. When the organisation does such work that is negative for the brand-shame. CLEAN INCLUDING THE OFFICE STAFF NEGATIVE ATTITUDE, CLARENDON STR, ARTARMON.

I found the staff member who I initially dealt with over the phone not keen to help. I had to encourage the individual to help me with this small job. Once I went through to have a vertical blind slat/blade made up. I met two staff members at the office. The initially unhelpful staff member was more polite on the day. I found the second staff member toxic as she eyed me out. Which later was proved as she left the office with a negative demeanour the second time, I went to pick up the less than perfect blind slat. I paid the price the office staff member requested for a slat/blade in advance. Believing the end result would look like it was made up with care and moreover with professionalism in mind and act.

Further, we will be busy with a project in the near future and would have asked for a quote on a 300- square meter residential for new vertical blinds including railings. However, with such performance. WE NOT BE MAKING USE OF ANY SERVICES OF THIS ORGANISATION.

Amazing work! – Amazing Clean gave a very reasonable quote for 7 vertical blinds and was happy to work around our painter and was able to get in that morning to remove the curtains before he started and offered to return them when he was done so they wouldn't be at risk of paint stains. Heavily smoke damaged from previous tenant came out great! Will use again.

We thought maybe we could get them cleaned but we were skeptical about cleaning compainies We got a quote from a few cleaners all roughly around the same price, about 25% of the replacement cost. Some were convincing others were not.

We chose Amazing Clean. Amazing Clean were a breath of fresh air. They came to our home paid attention to the fabric, and the mold problem. They quoted a price to take down the blinds, clean and reinstall them in 2 days.

Amazing Clean are a professional, courteous and reliable company.

The results were well past what we expected. Our blinds were returned and could have been confused with brand new blinds

Service plus. Prompt delivery and super efficient – The lady who helped me made my appointment was clear and concise, so helpful. When Chris turned up and was just so understanding, his experience was able to deal with various issues simply with timely solutions all the way. I had 2 blinds to wash, but also several failed blinds which the manufacturer had washed its hands off. No problem for Chris he repaired them all.

Blinds cleaned with little fuss – The old Venetian blinds badly needed to be cleaned. After painting and getting ready for styling the house to be sold the window blinds were full of dust and grime. Transformed our blinds! – We recently moved into a new home and the blinds were filthy and covered in mould. Amazing Clean took them away, ultrasonically cleaned them, and replaced them back on the windows. The difference was incredible, they were like brand new. We are very happy with the results, so much so that my partner who is fastidious about cleaning was blown away.

This franchise model sucks – the franchise model insists that all calls go through a call Centre in Melbourne which is in another state and time zone and who wont to give me the direct phone number - this is totally frustrating The contractors do a great job but the franchise model lets them down

No an answer the phone, or give me answers I need – I have been try since 9.10 am and it’s now 10.55 am to speak to some one through the main line to the Call Centre. on each of the first 2 calls I waited 10 minutes for some one to answer then on the 3rd it took over 8 minutes. I go ahead with having my blinds done. I keep leaving a message for Belmont Branch and they don’t return my calls. I spoke to Wyong branch and they can’t tell me either. The call centre people are hopeless. I wanted to lodge a complaint and they wouldn’t put me through to anybody. So here I’m am now leaving this review. Sadly the first time I used them they were great. Certainly can’t say the same now.

Very disappointed – My daughter needed new blinds for her unit in Canberra. We ordered vertical drapes. The quality of the blind material itself is very good. . However after sales service for a very small problem was heartbreaking and expensive for a young woman on a pension. circumstance but could have been caught in sliding glass door. It was a coincidence that a Spotlight fitter came to fit some heavy drapes in her bedroom. I asked him if he could have a go at fixing it..we found a clip which my daughter had kept..thankfully..and he clipped the drape back in 2 minutes. I went to Amazing Clean to get another clip ..same as other to hang other drape... “no, you’ll have to bring blind in” I was shocked. When I took it in It cost $100 as “we had to take all the clips off and slide them on again! “. Really? ‘Oh, and you won’t be able to get any more clips this size any more as they’re not making them”. The blind is about 5 years old. Very disappointed.

Dishonest staff and poor service – When first booking to clean our curtains the lady on the phone at the Brendale Branch (Brisbane) was fine, we then got our curtain cleaned and received a wrong quote, which was also $100 more than it was supposed to be. When we called about this issue Monica become very abusive, and started yelling over the phone. I hope she receives some customer service training - won't be using this store again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hire proper cleaners – Had to pay for proper cleaners to go through once they had finished. I kid you not.
