Did you ever get the user manual ( in English) for this washer? I've got the same machine in a unit I just rented, and the landlord has no idea how the machine works.

Download the English one and scroll all the way down past the ones not in English and you'll eventually get there!

You can try turning the power off but if it works remember the water may splash out

It's awhile since I had it but I think I used 5 which is about 90 min synthetic cycle or 7 @ 60min for quicker wash

I'm not an expert but it may be clogged up with detergent. You can try cleaning it out by pouring some hot water through it or run the machine with Epsom salts in it only
