Why won't my dryer dry I have to put it through about 3 drying sessions to get anything dried. I empty water and clean both filters.

Open the lower left front access panel and then run it with that door open and no lint filters. If it dries then it's the lower fan on the right that has stopped working.

The "empty water canister" light comes on although the canister is empty. The machine therefore does not work. The water hose is not kinked or damaged. What can be done to fix this problem?

I have an Ariston 8kg Heat Pump purchased 31/12/2021. It has been used approx. 15 times with both filters cleaned each time and the water collector emptied each time. Now it is telling me that the water container is full, but it is actually empty. I have carefully checked that the water container is properly seated. I have turned the machine on and off. However, the dryer will not operate. How do I fix this?

Mine does this. The pump that empties the water sump at the bottom stops working. You can buy them online but not cheap. hanyu b13-6ab03151

I'm really unhappy with my dryer. I purchased it a year ago and I feel as though it never dries things properly. I get the best use out of it when I put towels in, dried from hanging out side, purely just to fluff up. I've tried putting bedding from the washing machine straight into the dryer however it takes the 3+hours and then take it all out and reposition it then go again. Am I doing something wrong?

I find that’s normal if you put wet/damp items in you need to do it more than once

Water collector light is continually on although the canister is emptied - therefore the machine does not work - continual problem which the manufacturer is loathed to try to help. Waste of time and money - manufacturer is useless. The washing machine is not much better as the eco cycle uses so much water and has been recalled, but the manufacturer ignores emails (even though they were the one to issue the recall notice !)

I have a Aristotle Condenser Dryer. From the first time I turned it on continuously makes a banging noise, like every second, it does the clothes ok, wondering if this normal?

Hi Phil, Thanks for contacting us, just spoke to our technical team and they have advised that all washers/dryers can do this and they have suggested putting the sheets in one by one. Technical Team: 1300 762 219 option 2,4,1

My new heat pump dryer N11HPLWAU power plug won't fit Australian power sockets. The 2 top prongs are normal but the bottom prong is wider not thicker.
