What reason could it be that the wok burner constantly goes out? It is very frustrating.

We have the same issue, best to bend down & watch & keep relighting the flame over and over again, takes me back to 1960's technology, what a heap of crap Asko has produced.

What cleaner can I use on brushed stainless Asko cooktop with burnt on residue? Baking soda does not work.

Hi Becky, You can use SELLEYS Oven Clean. Spray it onto the affected areas when cold and allow to up to 30 mins before wiping with a damp soft cloth –absorbent sponge.All residue of this chemical must be wiped off with water.

Make sure that the spark leads and thermocouple are covered with tape to avoid run off.This product has to be used with gloves, avoid inhaling fumes, area has to be well ventilated. Please feel free to contact me, should you any further queries.
