I can get all channels, but my Audeara headphones cannot pick up the HD sound or that of ;Netflicks or Stan. What have i missed? It was working before the blackout!

Hi Grechi1, if it was working prior to your blackout, it strongly suggests that it is fixable. For me, my trials were protracted and futile. After more than a year, I just gave up on these headphones. I would suggest you call their support team. Sorry I cannot be of more assistance, regards John.
