Hi Ernesto, Thank you for your enquiry and I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with connecting your soundbar to your television. • Make sure the input source is set to ARC • Make sure your TV or external device supports ARC function and connect the HDMI cable to the ARC port of the TV or external device. • In the TV or external device setting menu, turn on the ARC function and the CEC function. • In the TV or external device setting menu, find the audio output settings and change the audio output mode to 'PCM' mode (instead of Auto, RAW, etc.) • Make sure both ends of the HDMI cable are fully plugged into the sockets. • If none of these solutions work, try changing the HDMI cable.

Hi Steven, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this product. Is the sleep timer or “Auto Standby” mode enabled? Do you see anything on the screen at all such as a NO SIGNAL error or do you see the volume indicator increasing if you try to increase the volume? If you press the SOURCE button does anything come up? If none, this confirms it’s a picture fault.

All we can advise is to contact our repairer network. The repairers they use are familiar with these units and can advise on a service fee/assessment and repair cost with a local repairer in your area.

Don't think so. Get google chromecast, then connects to the internet via your phone. Hope that helps

I couldn't find any setting for doing this. Be interested if any figures it out.

I have plugged a terabyte external drive and works great. I have other movies on there as well and plays them as well. Works great.

No. You cannot get Apps on this TV, at all, ever.

It is not a "true" Android Smart TV.

Sorry, you will just have to use Netflix.

There is a smart version and a dumb version. Sounds like you bought the dumb version?

Simply go out and buy a smart box? They're cheap and they'll give you all the functions of a smart TV without the high price tag?
