Is there an upgrade to the firmware for this TV? Also, I've been trying to use a third-party IR app to control the TV. Does anyone happen to know which app works with this TV? Zaza remote and other apps seem to default to only one model of Bauhn which only turns power on and off. Can't get any of the other functions.

New problem. My tv normally turned on first time I hit the power button. Now I often have to power on and off several times before the picture appears. Sometimes it provides sound but no picture. Sometimes it provides neither. Very intermittent . Any advice on what may be going on?

Hi Hina, Bauhn TV model ATV50UHD-1218 is a 4K Ultra High Definition LED LCD TV only and not a Smart TV. Alternatively, you can connect a 3rd party streaming device such as a Chromecast or Roku stick to stream any content to the TV.

I am using a Telstra module into an HDMI outlet to get Netflix, but cannot get the WiFi to play the shows. I can get Netflix on my phone, and can transfer via another connection, but used to be able to get it direct from the T V. Any help please?
Is my tv a smart tv as I’ve lost my paper with ?
It is not a Smart TV. No networking, no apps etc.
I just hooked up a Klipsch sound bar to this same tv through HDMI 1 (ARC). The sound worked ok for a couple of days then would only work through the tv speakers. After much fiddling with the remote, it didnt seem to recognise the sound bar, no matter what i did!!...in desperation, i unplugged the tv from the power overnight and plugged it in again the next day, and hey presto, the audio worked through the soundbar again......could the tv have an intermittent arc problem or does it need a software update??????anyone else had this problem and got a solution for it????

You can’t download any apps for the tv. It has the normal channels and then you need to either ad a chrome cast or an Xbox or PlayStation anything that can download apps. Hope that makes sense
Normal channels like ABC, 7, 9, 10 have always been picked up via the aerial when you tune it. Nothing to do with apps

In the "Sound" menu what functions do the following settings perform:---- (a) The "Auto Volume Level" setting which has the options of ON or OFF ? and, (b) The "Audio Delay" setting which has the option of ON or OFF. If ON, it has the further option of a setting at the minimum of 20 up to a maximum of 100. But 20 > 100 of what ? The Manual says this setting enables you:- "to synchronise audio video." ? ? (Page 34 of the Manual)
If the mouths move different to the sound you hear it needs adjustment, other wise it's all good
