29cm x 23cm triangle (this is the part of the mop pad that actually touches the floor. The overall size is slightly larger but it just covers the hard pad of the mop itself. It's quite small and very easy to use. Good luck.

The steam is activated upon pressing the trigger in the handle. If it's the first use of the mop, ensure you have primed the machine by holding the trigger down for one minute consecutively until the steam starts being generated at the floorhead of the unit. From then on with future uses the steam will immediately start once unit is heated and ready with the trigger being pressed. If still having issues, contact Bissell customer care on 1300-247-735

It's not the first use, I accustom using, but now the water is not seem to be coming through to the mop area on the floor, and the blue light is on

Check if you can hear the pump of the machine working when pressing the trigger with the water container removed from the unit. If there is no 'knocking or clicking' sound from the pump, then it may be faulty or the handle may need to be reinserted into position. I have the lift-off model and haven't tried it on fabric. The instructions don't specify fabric cleaning and there doesn't seem to be any attachment that would be appropriate. I wouldn't do it personally.

Hi there Clare, I am not too sure, there is an attachment to use on carpets, but no attachment for anything like furniture. To be honest I was so disappointed with the product I have not been using it.

Perhaps you're using too much steam? Try only using smaller spurts of steam and see if that makes a difference.
