Any tablet to take is "unsafe" but where is limit ,one tablet in day as prescribe is safe,human body will sorting out and extra zinc not to accumulate.

I think you should ask your doctor. However, Macuvision plus did nothing for me. I eat lots of spinach but I now take Eyebright herb which I feel is great for my eyes.

Don't know about that ,constipation is more easy to treat with some dietary supplements,but have to treat Macula degeneration?

I took Plus which also has lutein in it for 12 months. However, I found it did not work and so stopped taking it I am now taking NOW Foods Eyebright Herb which I think is working.

I have no idea. I took it for dry AMD for 12 months but it did not work at all. I am now taking NOW Foods Eyebright and I am happy with it.

Yes I find macuvision can cause constipation. I took it for over a year and it made no difference. I am now taking Eyebright herb capsules and I think they are working. They give me lots of energy too.

Do you work for eyebtoght. The amount of post you put here. Recommending it would suggest so.

Report the selfish thing this is serious about our eyes this person is a obvious trying to sell something not recommended by doctor and is dangerous.

They are very hard. You would have to crush them I think.

I don't know. My optometrist told me that the survey had been completed with subjects taking 2 tablets per day and recommended that I take 2 because taking 1 tablet for 12 months made no difference. However I found that 2 tablets made me nauseated and so I stopped taking them. I looked up side effects and nausea was one of them.

I have no idea. I don't have a prostate but it is designed for the eyes and so I don't know what else it helps. Having said that it is basically vitamins and so it should be ok for anyone to take.

I think it can. That's my opinion. You could research to seecwhat others say.

I have had no side effects whatsover since I started using Macuvision. It probably doesnt suit everybody though . Check with your doctor maybe?
