Blackview BV6000 Questions & Answers

There is. a website but they don't answer any questions. I haven't been able to find any other contact details.

They totally IGNORE everyone . They sell you crap products then after that ignore . Their products appear to have a timer in them as they pack in JUST AFTER warranty expires. STAY CLEAR OF THEM !

Rusty your right about their website and about them not answering any questions that's the downfall of them. And Jimmy. I still have my Blackview BV6000 and its still going strong and I even got a automatic update to Android 7.1.2 Nougat. :)

If you know of a better phone let me know as I am willing to try others when I want to update.

I just will not buy any over priced over rated phones like apple or Samsung etc.. They are only phones! Not made of gold!.

No - there is no support I'm Sydney for black view.

No idea I am in Melbourne.

But maybe try visit the local market you may have there on weekends, here they have markets on Sundays and there are phone stalls that repair phones and tablets etc...

Do NOT touch anything from Black view. There products are CRAP a d their Customer Service is even worse. They will falsely CON you onto dropping complaints with the promise of refund or exchange item . THEN they will back down and IGNORE you and you will not be able to put the complaint back on after withdrawing it from online.
