Such a rubbish product… I’m sorry you wasted your money, as did I. My advice would be try and get your money back as soon as possible- they’re not going to improve.

I have to agree… It is absolute rubbish.

If the right earbud is flashing blue, it means its in pairing mode, please take left & right ear buds out of the case, triple tap both earbuds at the same time to finish the pairing. If the left ear bud is flashing blue, it means its in pairing mode: 1. Place the left ear bud in front on you, not in the charging case. 2. Next take the right ear bud from the charging case. 3. When the right ear bud powers on wait for the LED to flash blue/white. This may take up to 15 seconds. 4. Then tap the button 4 times quickly and then tap and hold for a fifth time until the LED flashes white quickly. 5. When the LED flashes white then let go of the button. 6. Wait for 3 seconds. 7. Now place both ear buds back in the charging case. 8. Wait for 5 seconds. 9. Now remove both ear buds from the charging case. 10. You will see both ear buds LED flash blue quickly, when they do this tap the buttons on both ear buds three times at the same time. 11. The left and right ear buds will now connect to each other. This may take 5-10 seconds. 12. One ear bud LED will stop flashing and the other will flash blue/white showing it is in pairing mode. 13. You can now pair to your phone and have music through both ear buds.
