Brand new Bosch front loader 9kg WGA244UOAU came today connected but does not drain the water out. All hoes not kinked. Drained water out from near filter below. Checked filter. Still cannot complete a wash comes up with E36 -10 flashing. Not happy Jan!! What do I do? Washing is piling up. Karen

I would suggest you contact the seller.its definitely a drain problem. Can't be blocked the hose as its brand new. Contact the seller 1st thing. Drainage problem

Hi update and thank you for those replies. I rang the 24 hr line who suggested the spiggot where the hose is attached to drain into the pipe outlet may not be open. Hence, we checked this morning and found some debris and then a clear button blocking the outlet. So may not have needed a new washing machine after all but that's OK as the old one was starting to make some funny noises and was about 8 years old. Moral of the story always check the spiggot.

After 17 months the machine started leaking from underneath , tech sent out and adv there is a hole in the plastic drum and took a photo, hole was apparently created by some mysterious object that they say must've disappeared. There is a 2 year warranty on the machine and we Have been adv that the repair will not be covered as it's not a manufacturing issue. How can they prove this if nothing was found in the drum?
