I would like to mount my dryer on top of my washing machine which is not a Bosch machine. The washer has the same dimensions as the dryer. Is this possible and which is the best bracket to do this. And if this is not possible I would like to wall mount the dryer. Is this possible and again what is the best wall bracket

We have a brand new Series 6 heat pump dryer. Plugged it in, display lights up and that’s it. Child lock symbol is on. Pushing buttons, holding the two buttons for 3 secs. Nothing. It’s like none of the push buttons work.

The instruction booklet advises to clean the moisture sensor. Please may you explain exactly where it is on the dryer. The images in the booklet are not clear enough.

My Bosh combo washer dryer has several failures. The drying process is poor resulting in very tangled clothes especially bed linen. The most frustrating problem is that the door very frequently cannot be opened after the cycle finishes and the 'off' sign is pressed. This is the worst appliance I have ever used and it is time also with an ageing population that these machines are made more user friendly. How can I get the door open?

Hello Bosch rep!! can you tell me drain kit can be adapted to fit Australian fittings? We got the matching washing machine and that was fine, but the dryer fitting does not fit even using the the adapter.
