Hi how exactly do I pull out the Drip tray as I cannot find where to remove it!

I love mine too but I’m concerned the surface is bumpy and not sure if this needs to be cleaned off or not! If the surface is coming off - I’ve used it for years - is this unsafe for cooking for my family?

I would like to find/purchase a replacement Drip Tray for my TG850, that otherwise is still providing sterling service. can any one help??

Can the temperature control be set some between the sandwich and sear or is it one or the other?

Can I line this with baking paper the way I can with my current but very old grill?

Yeh couldn't see why not, could also use teflon paper like they use on BBQ's.

Another thing you could use is the fat absorbing paper to be a little mpre health conscious.

Thanks Slazmo. I haven't heard of the fat absorbing paper. What is it exactly? Do you get it from the supermarket?

I can't do a review because apparently they are now discontinued. But I did get one of the last ones and I am really happy with it. Cooks steak beautifully. I can indeed use baking paper to preserve the non stick qualities and make cleanup easier (although a damp piece of paper towel is all I need for stray splatters anyway). Nice, solid piece of equipment and very easy to use :-)
