Will Beeville the freeze and mix fit a bem800sh
The scraper beater is stuck on the spindle of my Model BEM800 after use and have tried to remove but it won't budge we have no repairer here so any suggestions would be appreciated. Thought a drop of veg. oil may help but haven't tried yet waiting to see if there are any pointers
I can't tilt the head back, seems stuck down side plastic cover button is broken Please let me know what can be done
My niece has one of the Breville Scraper Mixer Pro Model BEM800 units. Her one has a problem with the variable speed control in that when the control knob is turned to a set speed the speed fluctuates and does not maintain a steady speed. I have checked that there are no faults in the mechanical parts and so I believe that the fault that is causing the speed to fluctuate lies somewhere within the electrical/electronic controls. Is this fault repairable and what needs to be done. Regards. Bob.
My breville mixer is making a whirring sound and as soon as any ingredients in the bowl it won’t mix it ? What do I do?
Why does the mixer sometimes beep when: - it is plugged in - the top is put up.
Speed cannot be controlled. When put to the lowest speed it is working at very high speed.

Machine will change its speed from slow to maximum all by itself throwing mixture everywhere. Is this a simple fix or bin it and buy a better brand?

We just received ours today. And we were taking it apart to wash before we used it. Unfortunately we cannot get the mixing bowl off. It seems to be locked into position. Please advise on how to remove the bowl. We understand to turn counter clockwise to remove the bowl, but it will not budge.
Dear Darlene H, Thank you for purchasing the BEM800 Mixer, it's disappointing to read of your issue after unboxing the product. You are correct in stating to turn the Bowl counter clockwise to release from the Bowl Mount on the Mixer Stand. There are three tapered ribs on the Bowl Hub that correspond with slots in the Bowl Mount, these ribs contact the upper tapered face of the slot in the locked position. There should be nothing preventing these ribs from releasing from the slots, however you could attempt to grip the Bowl Handle and Mixer Assembly Handle simultaneously, rotating the Bowl Handle in the counter clockwise direction while also holding the upper Handle of the Mixer to prevent movement. Alternatively, you could also try wrapping the Bowl Handle in a tea towel to prevent damage, lightly tapping on the Bowl Handle repeatedly using a rubber mallet, again in the counter clockwise direction.
Once the Bowl moves it should free immediately due to the widening angles between the Bowl Hub ribs and slot detail. Once free, this problem should not occur again, however, particularly after mixing heavy loads such as a large bread dough, force against the Bowl wall from the dough could rotate the Bowl further into the Bowl mount, making assembly tighter than when the bowl was fitted.

We have a Breville Scraper Mixer Twin model BEM820/C that we purchased approximately 4 years ago. It has been working fine but has now developed a cyclical clunking noise in operation even with the bowl and mixing attachment removed. This does not sound normal and we are wondering what the cause might be? We are reluctant to continue using the machine until we know if it is ok. Can you please advise?

The scraper head has fallen off my Bakery Boss into the mixture. I don't know how it goes back together. I have 2 washers, a spring and the locator pin. Anyone able to help?

scraper pro bem800 sherbet, used twice only spead jump up n down with out any touch to spead dial. does breville provide a year or two warrenty?
