I have this mixer and used it for first time today. My problem with it is that when I use the scraper attachment it scrapes the bowl and makes a terrible noise. It’s as if the rubber part it too stiff. The head also seems to jump a bit. Is anyone able to advise please?
is there a smaller bowl available as sometimes I find the bowl is too large for my project

why does my bem430 mixer on the slowest speed after it starts slow then speeds up by itself. if i put the speed to #6 it wont slow down at all back to #1
Can the parts from the 800 fit on the 430?
