Friendly service, floors look ok but follow up required due to cloudiness.
We chose Carpet Court to install Karndean vinyl boards throughout the house. Overall the floors look good, however followup was required as cloudy patches in sections were visible, which is dissapointing. Carpet Court advised us to perform a vigorous clean to the boards, and over time the cloudiness will disappear, and recommended a cleaning pack to purchase. I would expect this to be completed by Carpet Court, especially after spending 16K for flooring, as it could be as a result of the glue Carpet Court used when the installer laid the floor boards. Hopefully the cloudiness does disappear.

Professional friendly service.
It was a pleasure to deal with Michael Taboni from Myaree WA. He provided me with old-fashioned good service and managed to get "my floor" as promised just before Christmas, as Im going to install floor myself over X-mas. Highly appreciated service and advice. Richard

Thank you so much for a fabulous job Heather. Right from the start, everything was very professional and you made the whole project so easy. From the selection of the flooring, quoting and the cleanest installation crew ever, we are very grateful. Our home now looks amazing with our new floors.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants great looking floors, with no hassles.
Lovely floor and excellent service
The staff were always friendly and helpful. The floors are just beautiful and Paul who lays the floors was careful, precise and very professional. The owners are very knowledgeable and gave good advice on best floor for my area and people to remove my old floors. Thanks for the reliable service.
Supervise laying of floor. A natural wood grain flaw that looks more like a dirty mark was placed in a prominent area. Whereby it could have been placed where furniture would have covered it. Where the furniture was known to be going they are picture perfect, not impressed

Carpet Court Kogarah - Quickstep Burned Planks
I had this installed a few weeks ago, and love it.
It's not the cheapest place, I had laminate put in prior which I was having replaced by Carpet Court and the previous laminate I had done cheap.
At the time I thought that "laminate is laminate", and just pointed in a shop and had it done, and all was fine then after about 12 months things started to "creak", as I walked on them. Like a cracking sounds, eventually it got pretty bad after 5 years and this time I did my research.
The most important part is getting a good installer. You cann...ot just roll out the foam and chuck it on top and click it together. Something called "floor prep", is required. Even concrete foundations have slopes and dips in them and they need to be evened out, sanded off and filled with a quick dry concrete. For my apartment this set me back over a grand alone. If you don't do it, then because the boards are not flexible enough you get the creaking and eventually they just wear out. Going cheap proves to be false economy as they wear out in a few years instead of a 25 year warranty like I now have.
