Wondering if there is any known issues for the S31 around the touch screen going black when receiving or making calls? Makes it impossible to answer calls & or hang up from calls. And if you are trying to make a call to a number which involves selecting a number for an option, you just can't do it. I have turned the phone off and on & reset the phone a couple of times however it hasn't helped. Any ideas?
I have had that issue also. Plus when trying to text it sometimes sends one character at a time. I never had any of these problems with my s41
