Good morning, i too feel a little unwell after taking Cenovis women's multi energy boost, waves of nausea so i am going to stop taking it with disappointment as it certainly lifted my energy levels. I will try another though. I also put my elderly mum on this vitamin, only after a few days, she has had to go off them as she has developed fluid in her legs. This is not normal for her at all. I am wondering if this product has also made me put on weight, i mean a lot in the last 12 months since taking this. This product is very concerning as so many people have nasty side effects. Is cenovis womens multi vitamin and cenovis hair, skin and nails halal?
I am not sure, but would not think it is. The best way is to ask in pharmacy. Hope that helps

Hi. A friend has got me 100 capsules of Cenvis 50+ multi vitamind and Minerals-Once Daily. Well im aged 40+ so should I take them?
I don't think a few years will make much difference...*S*.....if you go to Cenovis web site....you can check ingredients....they are usually just tweaked to suit age requirements......If you are taking any other medications...prescription or over the counter...you should check with your pharmacist and/or GP..
Can taking these tablets bring on headaches?
Not for me.. but.I would suggest you talk to your local pharmacist or GP for advice ... These sites and FB are not really places to get medical advice.... I take nothing...even over the counter products...without discussing it with a qualified medical person.

Yes I think so. I found mine at my local chemist. I've also seen them at the supermarket.
