I am having Gout problem (gouti arthritis) may be due to uric acid in blood. Can I use Centrum 50 + for adults ?
Hi, I recently bought 2 boxes of centrum 50 Plus for adult for my mum, she followed the instruction and took 1 each day for 2 days. Within these two days, she found her urine color changed and the color similar to the tablet color. Then she stopped taking and the color back to normal. Does anyone taking this product have any similar experience?! Thanks!
What amount of magnesium do these tablets have in them?
My container show's Magnesium 125 mg.

Sorry, I still use this multivitamin but don't know if they are gluten free or not, I think If the products are made from natural ingredients like wheats then may contain gluten, if made just chemical composition then no gluten problem. Please ask centrum manufactory for details and safety...
