I've just cleaned the freezer out and removed all the ice so can't send protos. I suspected the fan was not working but after cleaning the fan has kicked in again. Also turned the temperature up a little so will monitor it and get back to you if I haven't fixed the problem.

Hi there. Same problem. The freezer control on bottom shelf of freezer compartment was on too high a setting. And over-freezing my frozen food and not cooling refrigerated section. I rang where I purchased fridge from and was referred to a Chiq service phone number. The lady who answered my call booked a service with a local service team and my fridge was fixed in a day or two. First rate service from Chiq. Try and keep food away from freezer slide control as it is easy to move slider on too high and if it is on too hgh it does not cool below refrigerated section. Freezer control slider should be on low. Good luck!

Hi Dale The radiators are on the side up to about half way I think Mine gets hot in that area also Normal operation if it's getting cold inside Cheers
