Hilary, Mick and the team at Batemans Bay were first class. We had just finished building a new home and needed all our floors done and Justin and Nathan did a great job with everything. They came up with a top solution for a couple of small problems that occurred (which weren’t their fault) and were extremely helpful. Their attention to detail was exemplary. We couldn’t be happier. Great service Choices flooring Coffs Harbour – I came from Sydney and visited the Coffs Harbour store. We needed a fast turnaround on flooring for a new house we purchased. Lindy and Jeremy were so helpful. Lindy organised Jeremy to bring out samples Saturday afternoon and then they both re-opened the showroom again later on Saturday so we could double check our colours. New flooring – We got our floors done back in February and they did everything except laundry and toilet within 5 days. They did a fantastic job. Then in November we got the floors done in the laundry and toilet which now completes the house and now the new floors have elevated the house to another level. I cannot fault this company at all. Horrible experience – I went to choices Warners bay for a flooring quote. I experienced such an unfriendly atmosphere, felt like they did not want a client in the shop. Maybe it was empty for a reason. They gave me such an expensive price comparing to the other local shops, apart from an unbelievable unwelcoming service. Awful experience. Show details

Nouvelle Taupe Vinyl Planks plus Tesconi Carpet in Bedrooms – I have nothing but praise for Jared and his team at the Erina. Very professional service. Love our new flooring. I am really happy with the results! – The vinyl laminate tiles look amazing in the bathroom. The quality of the tiles is impressive and feels good to walk on. There was also a great range of tiles to choose from. I laid the tiles myself... a job I have never done before! Signature Abode vinyl flooring has developed gaps between the boards. Inferior locking system. Poor quality – Purchased Signature Abode vinyl flooring from the North Richmond store. We used their recommended installer to lay the flooring. Within weeks gaps started appearing between the planks. The store owner and manufacturer came to review the issues. We were later informed that it was a post installation problem caused by an uneven floor and door… Read more

Later the same installer came back to try and rectify the problem. He told me that the joiners used by Abode flooring were inferior to other brands, but the manufacturer refused to use superior joiners. I was also informed by the kitchen installer that the flooring installer called him over during installation to show him the broken joiners. He told the kitchen installer that gaps would begin to appear without weeks of installation. He was right, but no one bothered to be honest enough to inform us.

The manufacturer’s guidelines clearly state that if there is the problem with the sub-floor the installer should contact the supplier before starting the installation. He obviously didn’t because he couldn’t see a problem with the floor before commencement. The store owner offered to glue the flooring in place as a token gesture. The vinyl flooring was faulty before installation. It should be replaced. I have taken the issue to Fair Trading, but require the matter to go to arbitration which would require calling witnesses and providing other evidence. I am still considering my options. I have 2 years to pursue it I desire to take it to arbitration.

I can not recommend this store or Abode vinyl flooring. Stay away from it.

The work required a lot of odd shapes and corners, but you would never know it was challenging as their finished work was so professional. The three people who carried out the work were always open, friendly and prepared to talk about what was going to happen so that there were no surprises. Their price for all this was competitive and I would thoroughly recommend Choices Capalaba to you.

very disappointed – Had vinyl flooring laid in the lounge dining at my sons unit , I had asked for something hard wearing , It has only been down since June and has developed a bulge in the middle of the floor , I rang the cannon hill store and was told someone would ring me back , they didn't , It took another 2 days and me ringing every day before it was arranged… Read more

He said there was nothing wrong with the installation and took photos and said the owner would be in touch. 2 days later I have to ring again ,as don't have the decency to ring me . Have just been told if I want it fixed I will have to pay more money . The bulge is in the middle of the floor where there isn't any furniture, It has not been misused , or mistreated . As was suggested by store owner , as it was rented to my other son , who is near 30 . I would not recommend them to anyone , as once they have your money , they don't want to know you .

Abode Prime Flooring a great product – Purchased abode flooring from Choices Capalaba The 2 guys that laid the floor were pleasure to deal with. They went through a lot of trouble to ensure that they did a perfect job. The end result was just beyond our expectations. They even helped to put our dining table back in its place. No extra fee expected. Highly recommended.

John did a fantastic job of prepping the floors, keeping me updated and the finished product was so amazing! It was worth every cent! I choose the Lux Vinyl Karnedean range and it looks so good. Waterproof, hard wearing, insulted (so good for apartments) and the materials and design are of a high quality.

Horrible experience – I will NEVER give my business to choices horsham again. I have been spoken down to. Belittled and snapped at, all infront of my kids, whilst simply enquiring about prices. Most Disturbing - Choices Flooring Centenary (in Jindalee) – The experience with Choice Flooring Centenary (in Jindalee) office is disturbing indeed. Money was no objection. listening & enduring to his raving accusation. I was thinking to myself then what weaseling talk this is. When i found out mistake was only $80.00 i offered amount to proceed with the laying. Then i missed the final invoice & when i received a reminder i quickly replied that i will be looking into it soon. On the same afternoon I got a call from Stu yelling abuse, threats & more bully so much so i had to politely tell him im terminating call. Then he sent a threat of putting on a debt collector. The invoice is only $1300.00 & it was only a week late in my payment. There are other flooring people out there...steer well clear of of these people here. Believe me these people here don't deserve your business. I have referred matter to Office Of Fair Trading for their unconscionable conduct & will be employing a solicitor to seek remedy. This guy Stu is a real stool. In my entire life i have never come across a company that behave so bad.....these people here really do not deserve your business
