Our Customer Service Consultant kept us updated regularly and was so helpful and polite with handling any questions or concerns we had. She was very prompt to get things sorted for us when we found anything that needed attention.

Throughout the construction phase, [Name Removed] (our site manager) provided an exceptional experience. Whenever we raised a defect or concern, he took time to listen, understand, and collaborate on a practical solution. He proactively monitored progress and quality control to minimise defects, while his regular progress updates kept us fully informed every step of the way. are the Council, so many teams from Clarendon Homes, there are contractors, and we might have so many stupid questions and we might not understand that it’s not their responsibility to educate us. But, to my experience, [Name Removed] has got all questions answered, and process progressed in time, exactly what we wanted. From experience, to save time and efforts, we must be well prepared to understand the documents well, and the essence of variations, we need to understand what questions to ask and ask clearly, nowadays much easier with the assistance from AI.

You can tell to do her job well, it requires great communication and coordination skills as well as good many years of experience in the building industry. [Name Removed] has demonstrated all well.

[Name Removed] worked so hard over the past over half a year time on our project. She managed to have lodged our DA on Christmas night, and I can tell she sent over many documents for us to sign off on Sunday nights. She is one of the Clarendon Home staffs we have worked with that made us build our faith in Clarendon Homes.

In the meanwhile, Clarendon Homes never denied any reasonable questions, they resolved the problems instantly without any arguments.

exceptionally well. Frequent communication particularly on what has been completed, what was next and timeframes for each step, was done very well and much appreciated. The only real delays we experienced were related to the final construction drawings and a supplier change that impacted some of our internal selections. Both these were managed very well by [Name Removed] and in the overall project whilst annoying, they were relatively minor. Clarendon have great house designs and are very accommodating with customer requested changes. Whilst this is very important to us, the most important aspect is delivery of a quality build at a reasonable price. We are confident based on [Name Removed] and the Pre-Construction journey that this will be achieved.

My Clarendon Homes build experience started out very disappointing after the contracts were signed. I had no idea about organising the demolition of the existing dwelling , getting arborists reports required for tree removal , and lodging VAC driveway notifications to the local Council , etc. Clarendon H.O. at this stage provided no guidance… Read more

other than advising "this is your responsibility" , despite me explaining I had never built a house before. I expected some recommendations or interest to help. This bad feeling was aggravated when I was later advised more expensive piling work had to be done by another company , to which Clarendon added their 25% builders margin for doing no part of that unexpected job ! Fortunately once the construction was completed , the Clarendon Customer Care team changed my opinion. [Name Removed] the warranty consultant was excellent in communicating and organising fixing the repairs on my defects list. Her involvement gave me confidence Clarendon would put things right. To this end , a special shout out to [Name Removed], the Clarendon tradie who went above and beyond in fixing other minor repairs , besides the ones he was assigned. Their combined positive approach and attitude wanted me to award 5 STARS. However when rating the overall Clarendon Homes experience , I need to adjust back to 4 STARS to account for the early hospital pass challenges requiring a beginner like me to organise preparation of the building site before Clarendon would start the build.

fill them in, as i had only moved 3-4 months after my handover, they were picked up and resolved by the clarendon customer care team, which were fantastic. They were polite and understanding and helped me with login issues and were diligent in their follow up to get all the defects rectified. In particular want to thank both [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] for their patience and assistance in all the matters we needed fixed including crack in one of our bathroom sinks with 3rd party supplier. Clarendon definitely have a great team working in their customer care team.

We have been very fortunate during our Pre Construction stage of our build to have [Name Removed] Assist us. She was so helpful and tried to assist us with anything we threw her way.
