After only using the cooler three times, neither the fridge or the freezer will cool. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting advice and nothing. It would seem the compressor is faulty. Are there any other solutions you may be able to suggest?

Hi Cody,
That fridge is quite a few years old and might need either the thermistors/sensors or the actual display changed but you would need a fridge mechanic to assess it properly.
Is there a PDF file for an instruction manual I can get my hands on. Can’t seem to find anything. Thanks.

Is there a fuse for the 12v part of the companion zero 60 car fridge/freezer, if so where is it located on the fridge?
Hi John,
There is a fuse located in the cigarette tip of the 12V lead.
If that's OK then possibly the fault might lie with the internal power transformer itself which you will need s service agent to assess for you.
thank you

Hi Tina, Thanks for your enquiry. Whilst it is OK to run the fridge all day and night its intended use is as follows: It is a portable product and designed for private use. It is exclusively designed for use in cars, caravans and other vehicles including mobile homes, campervans, rail cars and boats. It is designed to cool food and beverages and to be set up in dry, weather protected areas. It is not intended for stationary extended use as e.g a second fridge at home.
