Helpful straightforward and honest when it came to building, outlining everything I wanted and getting it done. Explaining every step whilst going through my first building journey made it fun and easy to do. Getting the results and products that I wanted. Overall extremely happy with everything Dale Alcock Homes has done.

We are approaching the start of our construction and every step up until this point has been incredibly easy and enjoyable. As young adults we were very unsure of the process and when we approached the sales person in the display home we were politely greeted and run through the entire process. From then onward we have had no issues!

I have found the entire team to be professional and helpful, both during the planning phase and selection meeting. All my questions have been answered with open and honest communication. The process so far has been extraordinary, Celebrations have a fantastic team, passionate and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. Homebuyers Centre have been amazing. They've really actually listened to me and worked with me to achieve a plan that will work for my family. There have been a few obstacles but they've always come to me with possible solutions when telling me of these obstacles. I dig that!
Homebuyers have also been really flexible with their time, and very patient with me when I've needed to make decisions which I appreciate.
I am always welcomed into the building and offered coffee which is nice, it's a very warm welcome every time. I always leave feeling accomplished, respected, listened to.

We were going through a tough times, an end to vivid restrictions had our land lord kick us out with very little notice. So back to the parents house we went.
Knowing we didn’t have any savings we decided to look into build after I’d seen an add on Facebook.
Now 1 year later here we are, looking at moving into a new home, it’s being an exciting journey and it’s almost at an end but I wouldn’t change it for the world!

Dealing with Celebration Homes has been professional and patient. We have dealt with a sales person who explained the whole process from the beginning taking time to talk through every step. Our selections consultant is knowledgeable and his manner goes above and beyond expectations. No question goes unanswered and alternative options to selections for products are always on offer so that we could remain within our budget but also build our dream home.

We are so happy that we chose to build with Homebuyers Centre South West. The process has been straight forward and easy , we have had all of our questions answered and had a fantastic experience with our new home consultant who got us on our way to building our new home.

There time frames so far in the build process have been spot on, sometimes earlier than I have been told. I’m at plate height currently and am very pleased with the communication and quality of the build so far. my site supervisor cliff hasn’t messed around having already organised some items in advance so very happy to see there well organised and on top of everything as best they can be in these times.

Just moved into our beautiful new home that was completed in just over nine months from slab down. The email and phone communication kept coming throughout the build and I would recommend Celebration Homes. IN the current environment to meet every deadline was a big effort and the whole team were great to deal with.

From the first minute to the last we were made to feel relaxed and at ease. The consultants knowledge and experience during our selections visit made the experience a breeze. We initially visited multiple different building companies where we were not really given the time to query our interests. This all changed when we walked into the treendale homebuyers display home where we met our new homes consultant. We were very new to the process and didn't really understand the steps involved, the consultant sat us down and discussed the process and was incredibly helpful and polite. He didn't once push us to sign up or anything, we exchanged numbers and he provided us with multiple floorplans to play around with. We even...

Our build process was quite smooth, once construction started there was steady progress all the way through to completion with no huge delays. We were kept well informed throughout the whole build of what was happening and when. Cost of the build did not change. Handover was a bit rushed, with a few issues not being found before handover, such as keys not matching two of the door locks and our hot water system not working due to the water supply pipes being incorrectly installed, but these issues were fixed in reasonable time by contacting the support team, who were very helpful.

Overall we are very happy with our new home.

Great help and assistance from all Celebration staff thus far. Chanel in the southwest show home has been excellent assistance with home plan and design with Brayden in the design centre in Bunbury, their help through the new home and pre start stage, both are true professionals. I am excited to be moving forward with the construction stage.

We had a few small things that we had noticed after a year of living in our new build. Trev came and sorted it all out in under a day. His workmanship was second to none and once again our house looked like the day it was built. What a legend!

Given the chaos of the building industry over the past two years I feel that Dale Alcock have managed our home building experience well. We have been kept informed mostly, especially with the timing of the various stages and we are overall happy and looking forward to getting our keys.
