His contribution has been an important part of bringing my home together.

I would also like to acknowledge **Hayden**, who was there from the earlier stages of my journey, as well as Casey, Steven, Blake, Cliff and Brayden and everyone who supported the project behind the scenes. The construction of a home involves an enormous amount of work that is not always visible to the customer, and I genuinely appreciate the effort that has gone into my build.

The New Home Presentation was a particularly rewarding experience. After everything that goes into building a house, seeing my home completed and being able to walk through it and appreciate the finished result was a wonderful moment. The independent BestWest building inspection was also very positive, with only a small number of minor items identified, which gave me further confidence in the overall quality of the work.

I also appreciate that, as with any building project, there were occasions when things did not go exactly according to plan. What matters to me is how those situations are managed, and I found that the team continued to work through the issues and towards a satisfactory outcome. Overall, the organisation, communication, coordination and time management have been very good.

Finally, I would like to give a **special thank you to Mr Dale Alcock**. I remember his words that he personally stands behind every single house built by the company. Having now reached this stage of my own build, I particularly appreciate the significance of that statement. It reflects a strong sense of responsibility and pride in what the company delivers, and I am very pleased to have experienced that commitment through my own home.

We had been told that it would be years before we could afford anything more than a wheelie bin on a patch of bindies and yet Ben and the team at Homebuyers have got us building a 4x2 and qualified for Keystart. My favourite part is of course the snacks in the Dale Alcock display centre so that I can crunch on crackers and sip on sparkling water to the sound of Ben explaining our floor plans and being a back up dancer for my wife as she makes structural changes and ensure that pink tiles are indeed on the menu. Like any good spouse, I bring thoughtful gazing out the window during tile selections and comments of I don’t mind until it comes to the ensuite or advocating for surfmist everything. Ben Kirk worked on with us. He went through the whole costing side of things so we know exactly what type of home we can afford. The team has been wonderful keeping us up-to-date on every single step of the building process. And my wife and I would go on site and see how slowly our dream home was getting built.

Massive thanks to our building supervisor, Michael Roberts. He's a very highly experienced in the building industry and has very kindly taken us through our house inspections and he made sure everything was done to perfection.

Now after a few weeks living in the house, we must say that for what we paid for, we received quality craftsmanship, honest communication throughout the entire project and the whole project was completed in a very successful timeline.

our Site Manager, who were both outstanding. They kept us well informed throughout the build, were always approachable, and demonstrated great attention to detail. Darren in particular was highly knowledgeable, polite, and patient, which gave us a lot of confidence along the way.

The build was completed in just over 9 months from slab down to key handover, which exceeded our expectations. The level of workmanship, communication, and overall service was excellent.
